Located in the heart of Germantown - home to the World Danty Contest & Beer Walk - & within close proximity to the Muhammad Ali International Airport, Downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, KY Exposition Center, Frankfort Ave & Bardstown Rd.

NEWLY renovated in the heart of historic Germantown! Located just above Haucks Bar (Opening May 2022) with high walkability to the many amazing bars, restaurants & entertainment options in this neighborhood undergoing a major revitalization! This well-appointed modern apartment offers two bedrooms & a pull-out sofa that comfortably sleep 6-7 people, a full kitchen, TV in every room, convenient in-unit washer/dryer, private entry & reserved off-street parking.

One reserved off-street parking space directly behind the building. On-street parking is available as well. The private side entrance is located on the left side of the building. Electronic lock code provided the day before check-in.

Place was quite dirty, alcohol in the freezer from last stay, and there was dirt and grime and swisher guts all over the living room floor. Not to mention, the host did not give us any instructions or ways to check in upon arrival, until asking support to reach out.

Property was dirty

When I came to stay on property it was dirty looked as if there was a party the night before and no one had came to clean it. Couldn’t use shower because it was dirty. No clean sheets communication with host was not the best but i did receive a refund for my trouble so that’s why I gave it 2 stars

Great location and fun spot.

Fun and cool space but you have to remember it’s above a bar. That was really fun for us but might not be for all. It’s loud until 2am but didn’t bother us. Had some issues with the code and the host was super responsive and helpful.

Hidden Gem

My stay was immaculate! A nice family oriented neighborhood with good vibes all around us. The unit is roomy and comfortable. You would never think such a place existed tucked away near nightlife. I will definitely book again! The host is awesome and very attentive as well.

Short getaway

Wonderful place to stay.this was my second time staying there.its above a restaurant so what could be better.there are several restaurants/bars in walking distance.will definitely stay again.

Great spot!

We booked this for the Bourbon and Beyond festival. The apartment, is on top of the bar. As expected we did hear a little noise from below, but it was never loud enough to be an inconvenience. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. It was a great to head downstairs for drinks of breakfast. We'll be back!

Great for Bachelorette Weekend!

I planned this weekend for my sister who gets married next month. There were 7 of us total, the place was clean and easy. It’s located right about Hauck’s Corner, a booming bar with outdoor and indoor seating. It can be kind of loud through 3am, but totally worth it.

Convenient location

The overall stay was good. However be prepared for the bar to be busy every night of the week until 2am when they close, recommend a sound machine if you don’t plan on being up late if you’re a light sleeper. The bar was fun and all employees were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to other bars and restaurants. There were some things that needed to be fixed/should be added. - the fans in the bedrooms you couldn’t turn off the lights and have just the fans on. - there is no set of knifes so don’t plan on cooking anything that needs to be cut/chopped - the oven only cooks at 350° - the fridge water/ice doesn’t work but we were able to get ice from the bar downstairs - the pull out couch is broken so you will just be sleeping on the couch itself

We thought the place was great. A bit noise from the bar below at night, nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Nice and clean. Everything we needed was available.

Perfect for us

Location, environment and layout was perfect for what we were looking for. Would stay here again. Only caveat would be reversed parking isn’t really reserved. Patrons of the bar or restaurant will use the designated spot. Property owner and bar will actively try to get the spot open but they can’t force anyone to move. We were able to use the spot once during our trip. Small inconvenience but one to note. Hopeful to book again in the not so distance future.

Family of six

We stayed four nights, 2 adults 4 kids ages from 9-16 Plenty of room for all of us. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We were less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to go see. Nations Largest Farm Show, Louisville Slugger museum, an arcade plus more. Bonus that there was a breakfast place, lunch supper, and bar a few steps away. Very impressed with the meals, they did not disappoint. Something for everybody in our party. The staff was also amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend for a true downtown Germantown feel.
