Clean condo in great location

This cute little condo was very clean and just a short walk across the street to the beach. It had absolutely everything we needed and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Many items that accommodated our needs. We will be back. Kids enjoyed the "mushroom pool."

Great Location!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Great Escape property. Condo was fully stocked with everything a family of 6 would need for a weekend trip to the beach. We are making plans to go back again.

Great escape

Such a great place to stay!! This was actually our second time here because we liked it soooo much the last time we stayed we booked it again. The host is always available and informative. Beautiful place, just as pictured. Right across from Walmart and walking distance to beach 😍😍😍

Family Getaway

This rental was perfect for my family with my wife and 2 younger children. The bunk beds were very spacious for our boys and the room is laid out really well. The amenities were a huge plus as well with the separate kids and adults pools and the crosswalk to the beach being at the front of the condos. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute, Clean and Close to the Beach

Property is very nicely decorated. It was very clean. There is a view of the beach once out on the large balcony. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach, Sonic and Walmart (we walked to all). It’s also close to everything else in town as well.

Lovely property

The property was clean. I loved the condo. The front desk was kind of slow checking in and one lady wasn't the friendliest but overall it was great! We plan to stay in this condo again.

Beautiful casa

Angie is an amazing host. Very understanding and caring. The apartment was soo clean, organized and beautiful decor. The beds are comfy. The apartment is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Thanks Angie.

Great place!

Very clean, and uncluttered. And the condo was precooked for us upon arrival (nice touch!) The patio is larger than any condo we’ve rented. Walmart is right next door as are some fast food places for pool side lunch. Right next to a light so crossing to the seawall was very easy. The security team is very friendly and cares about everyone’s safety and fun. Absolutely would book again. Thank you for having us!

A great getaway!!!!

This property was perfect for a quick summer getaway with my 3 daughters. The check in staff could not be nicer and made that process smooth and easy. We were walking distance from the beach and the pool on property was clean and well maintained. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was a Walmart right next door for any last minute items we forgot. We had a wonderful time and would love to come again!

Morning Views

Property is across the street from the beach. Mornings on the balcony looking at the gulf view were amazing. You can walk to Walmart for groceries and to several restaurants. The pool is very close to the condo and was well maintained. The condo owner/manager responds quickly to messages. We had a great time!

The room itself was very clean and inviting. The host provided a lot of items that could potentially be forgotten while traveling which was very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony is big enough for multiple people to sit out and relax. It is a side room so the ocean view isn't direct but it's there! Everything you could possibly need is nearby with Walmart being directly across the side street. The pools were very busy and full in the afternoon and evening so we made time to be there at 10am when it opened to have a little more space and relaxation. The only downside to the entire stay was a water drip from the ceiling in the bathroom which was very cold and steady so the floor was wet at all times and it caught our heads and shoulders quite often. Overall it was absolutely worth the cost. The elevator is a bit spotty so we chose to take the stairs all weekend.

We do apologize for the water drip you experienced in the bathroom. We closely monitored the issue after your departure and believe it may have been related to temporary condensation, as we have not been able to replicate the problem. It did not occur during the next guest's stay and has not happened since. While we're not certain what caused it during your visit, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could investigate. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again on a future trip to Galveston!

Beautiful space

Space was beautiful and clean and close to the beach. Website was inaccurate with regards to bedrooms/beds. Host did however make the situation right and did correct the posting.
