You will be staying in 'DolphinSmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our fun creation, a playful dolphin theme for the family while still saving a little luxury for you. Pamper your senses with soft new leather and sandy-beach colored tile. The over-sized master bedroom has a wonderful water view from the king-size bed. The other bedroom sleeps two in a queen size bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather sofa sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! This condo also has a convenient washer/dryer. Save food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories.
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been completely renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is happening BELOW this condo balcony. There might be noise during the day while renovations are being happening.
Agreement:
* Responsible party over 25 must show photo ID when checking in
* No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom)
* No hidden fees or additional taxes.
* Clean, fresh air only. No smoking or pets allowed.
* Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only.

1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.
