This complex is located right on the powdery white sands of St Augustine Beach, at beautiful Anastasia Island. You can use your private access to the beach which is just a few steps away from your door or swim in one of the two pools. From the patio, you can sip your wine after a day at the beach and watch the sunset or walk 1,000 steps to the beach and see the sunrise.
The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath and the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath, and the couch pulls out for extra guests. The kitchen is fully furnished so just stop by Publix and you will be all set for your stay. The condo is located steps away from the heated pool, one of two on the property. It is in building 2 on the first floor and offers a hot tub located in the center of the building 2 complex for you to enjoy. The condo is decorated in a retro beach décor and is very colorful and comfortable. Take advantage of the supplied items. including a beach cart, chairs, boogie board, and even a skimboard for the kids to enjoy.
There is 24-hour gated security at this vacation home. While here check out the tennis courts. Maybe you find racquetball to be more relaxing on the racquetball court. For the fisherman at heart, there is freshwater fishing in any one of the surrounding ponds. There are two pools to enjoy with one being heated for cooler weather use. A clubhouse is available for any parties or social events on your list. You are a quick drive from Historical St Augustine and there is even a trolley stop next door to the resort if you do not wish to drive. There are many restaurants close to enjoy and there is a farmer's market on Wednesdays at St Augustine Pier.
World Golf Village is a few miles north of St. Augustine and boasts two championship 18-hole courses, as well as the World Golf Hall of Fame. There are many public courses in the area as well. Try windsurfing, parasailing, boating, deep-sea fishing, canoeing, or dolphin watching along the coast. For a more leisurely day, explore the shops, play a round of putt-putt golf, have an ice cream, take a horse-drawn carriage ride, a quaint trolley ride, or stroll cobblestone streets as you explore one of America's oldest cities. Unique stores and restaurants abound, and you will discover rich Florida history while visiting this special area! It is a wonderfully romantic place.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
