Mike had our condo ready to go! Place was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a quiet beach get away! The condo was steps from the dune walkover, which was awesome! It wasn’t fancy, but perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! You won’t find a better deal for the price!

I rented for my elderly parents because there was a walk in shower. It didn’t work. The rug in the living room is filthy and full of fleas and dog hair. Windows hadn’t been washed. Bathroom rags were stained with who knows what and should have been in the trash. I was extremely disappointed for what we paid.

We strongly dispute the accuracy of this review. The walk-in shower was inspected and is fully operational. Pets are prohibited throughout the complex, and there was no evidence of fleas or dog hair before or after this stay. The washcloths were clean when provided and were stained during the guest’s stay. None of these alleged issues were reported at any point during the seven-night stay. In fact, before arrival, the guest repeatedly requested an early check-in, which we accommodated as a courtesy. Had any legitimate concern been brought to our attention, we would have responded immediately. The rate was clearly disclosed and accepted when the reservation was booked, and it reflected the prevailing market rate for those dates. Dissatisfaction with an agreed-upon price does not justify making serious, unsupported claims after departure. This review does not accurately represent the condition of our property or the experience we provide.

Property was nice with 2 pools and multiple hot tubs. Beach access was nice. Host supplies ample beach supplies which was a very nice touch.

Great value for money. We stay in this area at least once a year and this was more spacious and cheaper than two hotel rooms. There really isn't any view from the condo itself but the beach is steps away. All the staff at the condo are friendly and helpful. Mike was very helpful and patient when we had trouble getting the digital lock to work consistently (it was user error, not the lock).

Countertop in kitchen had lots of stains on it. Hard to tell if it was clean, nice shower. Good Mattress. Wonderful location for beach. Loved the heated pool and pickleball courts!

The location of this condo is just great—ground floor and just steps away from beach access. The room was well stocked with basic amenities and was very comfy (great dining table for board gaming, comfortable furniture for relaxing, and smart tv’s for those dreary days). The host was also great. He was always quick to respond and was dedicated to making our stay a great one. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Great location, great layout

Loved the location on the beach, plenty of amenities in the resort including pool and hot tubs, layout of the condo was very conducive to families. Lots of restaurants and activities for children in the area.

Condo was great, clean and had all the necessities. Staff was very friendly and host was very good with his communication. Family friendly resort area. I’d definitely stay here again.
