Upstairs bedroom quiet and separate from living and kitchen located downstairs. The downstairs is retro (in time we will have everything as beautiful as the new bedroom)but hey, there is a certain charm to 1982!! The kitchen will take you back to your grandma or mom’s kitchen . ❤️
The beach life is all walking distance with colorful bars and restaurants or take a 5 min ride to the Nations Oldest City to explore all the cool little nics and crannies of this amazing historic city. You will be surprised with all the cozy eateries and pubs shoppes and museums .Beautiful St Augustine sugary sand beach just steps away!! FREE Parking space available less than 30 steps away. Garage not available: Private driveway for easy temporary unloading. Definitely the best location on the beach!This property is NOT child OR pet friendly . Accommodations for two people MAX . Fees will apply . Sorry - hard wood stairs and low balcony rails make it too risky for little ones. No pull out sofa either .

Very convenient location to the sites, stores and restaurants; easy beach access. Unit was very clean, complex was well maintained. Good communication with the owner in all phases of the rental. The unit had everything necessary for a good stay, everything was there (towels, grill, dishes, supplies, etc.). We'd stay here again.

We came here on our honeymoon, the place was wonderful, host as well! It was a short walk to the beach and I took every opportunity I could and walked down there! Being a Florida girl and coming back home, I needed the beach air and sand! The place was very nice and comfortable. Clean they had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Quiet, cozy little condo just a few steps from the incredible St. Augustine beach. It is clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The pool is super clean and well maintained. This was exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. Elaine is a fantastic host; she was there for me for any questions or concerns I had, including directions. I had a wonderful time here, and I highly recommend it.

Great little spot close to the beach!
Very clean place close to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. Master bedroom is super clean, comfortable beds and easy to get in and out of. Elaine was a wonderful host and very communicative!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and stocked with all the items you would need.Elaine was amazing to work with. She responds immediately with all questions and made sure that we were comfortable and happy while we were there.Our stay in Saint Augustine was so very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!You can’t see the beach from your room, but we knew this going into it. The pool is right there though.

Wonderful access to the beach!
I had a wonderful stay. Everyday, I got up and walked to the beach. The easy access made walking on the beach so easy. The only downside was it was colder than expected.

Great Ocean Get Away
Husband and I stayed for 19 nights. Description of property was on point. Elaine was a fabulous host, very attentive to ensure everything was perfect. The location was just what we were hoping for. Beach was amazing. We highly recommend this property. Lynne and John

The location is excellent, very quiet and relaxing, easily walk to the beach. Very clean, and you have everything you need!

Well, we love this neighborhood because it is so close to everything! Walk a few steps to the beach and a few more to grocery store, restaurants , or to mini putt! We also love that it IS NOT a huge complex with a bunch of parked cars .

The newly remodeled Master bedroom is gorgeous and there are hUGE closets so you can pack as much as you want - even though all you really need is a swimsuit!!
