I would like to respectfully clarify that the property is located in Myrtle Beach, and the address, listing details, and check-in instructions all clearly reflect that. It appears the GPS may have been set to Surfside Beach by mistake, which is a different town from Myrtle Beach. The location is 2 blocks from the beach and a half mile walk to the sky wheel. We walked the beach every morning and the board walk every evening. It’s a perfect off season location. There’s a new bar opened around the corner and across the road that was easy for a takeout meal. Grocery not far away either. Rooms and bathrooms were ideal and the whole space was adequately appointed with everything thought of in advance by the hosts. We are a family of 7 and brought my Dad too. It could easily have slept one more. My 3 boys shared the bunks and trundle bed. My daughters shared a king we had a king and my dad got the queen bed. I really liked the apartment overall. Well done.

Clean and spacious unit, and barely a 10 minute walk to the beach/pier.

Very clean, spacious, amenities provided such as coffee, cereal, water, even milk made the overall experience better than expected.

The Myrtle Beach experience

I booked this house for my family’s summer vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Host was very responsive and addressed all of our questions.

Perfection

Everything about this place was perfect! The host, property manager and maintenance staff were amazing and very helpful. The place was spacious, cleaned and stocked with everything you could need for a vacation! Location was so close to the beach, restaurants and all the main attractions!

We will be back

We were happy with our experience here. Our group of 8 adults and 2 babies had plenty of room to function. The property was located close enough to everything we love visiting while in town to walk. 4 minute walk to the Beach/ Pier! Very family friendly, and we felt safe as well.

Awesome beach getaway

Extremely happy with our beach rental. Fit our family of 7 comfortably. The 3 full baths was a plus! Cereal, milk, snacks, etc were a nice touch. Place was clean and location was perfect. Thank you!!!

April 2024 Stay

Absolutely perfect condo. Great host. Great location near everything. Very clean & well maintained. Host provided everything, even a basket full of snacks, 3 kinds of cereal, milk, coffee, bottled water, pretty much any thing you would need. I highly reccommend this property.

Vacation June 2022

Our family enjoyed this property to it's fullest! The best vacation yet!! We stayed all week..my family enjoyed 100%!! Everything you need is right there! We took our pet he enjoyed also lol!! Clean..very comfortable and housekeeping and management was awesome!! Thank you to Mike and his wife for wonderful memories!!!

Fantastic

Very close to the beach! The rooms fit our family of 8. The 3 bathrooms was a definite plus and the complimentary snack basket and milk and cereal came in hand with the kiddos! If we decide to make a trip to Myrtle again I would definitely book again with mike. :)

Good vacation location

We were disappointed with the layout of the property as it was not according to brochure and website. Master bedroom with king bed had no bathroom. Bathroom with bunk beds was the largest one. Bedroom with bathroom attached had small bedroom/bed. But overall we enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to activities

Awesome Property in Myrtle Beach

Our family of six stayed at this amazing apartment for our Myrtle Beach vacation. It was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and we loved the fact that we could park right in front of our apartment-we stayed in apartment C, lower level. The apartment was super clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows, blankets etc. We really appreciated the fact that there was bottled water in the refrigerator, snacks on the counter, and coffee, creamer, sugar available as soon as we walked in. Our host was super nice and answered my questions very quickly. We would definitely stay there again. Probably the best place we've stayed at in Myrtle Beach and we've been vacationing there for over 20 years.

5 minute walk to the beach or less

The kitchen, dining, and living area were the highlights for us. Plenty of space to spend time with each other cooking and eating meals as well as playing games together. There isn’t much storage space for clothes or luggage, aside from some small closets in the bedrooms. I could walk out the door and be sitting on the beach under my umbrella in 10 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pier. There are also at least a couple good restaurants in short walking distance. The boardwalk is walking distance as well as mini golf. The host was great at communicating with us and helpful with questions and small accommodation requests. The included breakfast was a nice touch.

Nice stay

Pros- the room was clean and well stocked. The host communicated well with us. The snacks, milk and name brand toiletries indicated that the hosts care about providing a good experience. The house was within walking distance to the beach. Cons - there was very little parking, the room had some damage (although we were told the previous tenants had left the place a wreck when they left so it may not be the hosts fault) and at night there was an overwhelming smell of weed outside which made sitting out on the back deck unbearable. Overall this was a good trip. I liked the location. I felt like the host cared about our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. Our listing clearly states two parking spots per guest, and we often accommodate more spots upon request. Parking perception varies, but we strive to exceed expectations. The external weed odor from someone smoking a joint is unfortunately beyond our control. We value your input and are pleased the rest of your stay was positive.

Does the Job

The good: location to attractions, 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty of towels provided, snacks provided upon our arrival! The not so good: pictures listed are not the unit that we were assigned, however we still had plenty of beds/arrangements for our group. The place needed a MAJOR deep clean. You can tell it was just quickly cleaned up from the previous group (hair on the floors, crumbs under furniture, the baseboards needed wiping) not to mention our feet were filthy every. single. day. The dishwasher did not work our entire stay even after messaging the property owner & them saying that it would be looked at by maintenance the next day. Definitely in a less desirable location, however it is close to restaurants, the beach and other attractions. Overall I would stay here again for the price. I would just ask for a more thorough cleaning beforehand.
