A nice, affordable property in Watercolor. The property is nice and clean. Distance from the beach is an issue but it is manageable provided that plans are made in advance.

The Carriage House was exactly as presented. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The Host was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions that I had. Great value for two to three people. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.R Vann

The Carriage House was so cute. Loved having access to bicycles and the pool s in Watercolor. What a Bonus!! The only minus is it would have been nice to have a microwave and a few extra blankets

Great stay! The included bikes were nice to be able to explore the area and having a pool so close was nice. The home was very clean and nice and Watercolor itself has lots to offer and is in a great location to explore neighboring developments such as Seaside.

Great Birthday Trip!

Place was clean and great location. Could have used more towels and blankets, but other than that, it was perfect and made for a magical trip!

Beautiful property with access to the water inn beach club, the trolley, so clean, accessible, close to everything. Mike, the host, is extremely kind and communicative and prepared. It is the perfect place to vacation. My husband and I are eager to come back soon!!

I brought my 2 daughters to Watercolor for an end of summer celebration. This carriage house was perfect for 2-3 people. Walking distance to Camp Watercolor, easy drive to Publix and a convenient trolley ride to the Beach Club. We would love to stay there again.

This place is absolutely beautiful - exactly as shown in pictures. The location was great and close to everything. Contact with the host was easy and he was so responsive. I will definitely look forward to coming back and hopefully get to stay in this property again. Thanks for everything!!!

We loved our stay at the carriage house! Everything was exactly as described. We enjoyed using the free Watercolor trolley and also walked to nearby restaurants. We rented beach chairs at Watercolor Beach Club and had a great time. Everyone was so friendly. We'll be back.
