Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

Rosemary Beach is a quiet, upscale neighborhood with a walkable business district and beautiful beach. The property was charming and equipped with everything we needed. The walls were painted a nice shade of green so the interior looks even better than the photos. The host responded quickly to all our inquiries.

This is the fourth year in a row that we’ve booked this rental. I think that pretty much sums it up how we’ve felt about our experience. The hostess has always been kind and easy to work with. Everything has gone as expected. The location can’t be beat. We like knowing what to expect and plan to book again.

Perfect location in Rosemary beach! Adoreable carriage house. Across the street from the pool and just a short walk to the beach access. Close to all shops and restaurants. Alisa was a great host and we look forward to staying here again.

Great unit in the heart of Rosemary. Very convenient to the beach and the nearby shops. The above garage unit had everything we needed. It was quiet and perfect for a family of three. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for our little couple’s getaway! This studio was well-stocked, was in the perfect location, and so beautiful. Little details did not go unnoticed, from how fantastic the studio smelled to nice quality amenities to everything we would need for the beach. Most excellent!

The carriage house was quaint and nice. Perfect for a 3 night get-away. Location was amazing. Rode bikes to stores, restaurants and shopping. Short distance to beach access and especially the emerald water and white sand fantastic weather made it perfect!

Trips to the beach have been a family tradition since my children were very young. Being able to purchase a place at Rosemary was a dream come true. Both my son and daughter are grown, and Rosemary often serves as a meeting spot. It is our refuge and a wonderful place to share great times with family and friends.

Rosemary Beach has everything - great restaurants, shopping, coffee shop, bookstore, spa - and the most beautiful beaches anywhere. It has such a great family atmosphere and provides special events - concerts, wine tastings, family activities, movies - on a regular basis.
