This fabulous, two story condo offers all the comforts of home! 510 Queens Grant is centrally located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation villa in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes. It is a short walk to the beach, activities, tennis, golf and so much more!
The first floor offers an open floor plan with a spacious living area has newer furniture including two sofas, a large over sized chair, a large flat screen TV and tables. There is a sliding door off the living area that opens onto a private patio with a dining table and gas grill.
The kitchen is well equipped, so making lunch will be a breeze while on vacation. The master suite is located on the first floor and features a king bed, flat screen TV and newly updated private bath with shower/tub combo. There is a set of sliding doors that open onto the rear patio with seating. Upstairs there are the two additional bedrooms, both with flat screen TV's and there is a shared full bath with a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has two double beds making this villa perfect for an extended family or two separate families to stay comfortably.
The Queens Grant complex features two community pools, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and beach are within walking distance During the prime weeks, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy will take the guests anywhere within Palmetto Dunes including the marina side of the community.
*3 Night Minimum Stay Required. Summer Rentals Weekly Only (Sat. to Sat.)
