We enjoyed our stay in Shenandoah. The rental is located between two Shenandoah National Park entrance gates making it ideal to explore the park and easily get to hikes. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Our kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub.

First of all Veronica was a wonderful host. She responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The villa is truly charming. A lot of thought has gone into making accommodations for all ages and even the dog. The first thing our dog noticed were the balls in the “dog basket”. The kitchen was well stoked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Also there were spices which was a nice touch. The coffee bar had it all, thank you! My favorite touch was the bed, very comfortable. The black out curtains were nice if you are a late sleeper and don’t want the morning light. The outdoor area was so relaxing. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The pizza oven was so tempting but I was afraid to give it a try LOL. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was which I am very picky about. Truly if you want to “chill” and relax this is the place. Thank you very much Veronica for delivering what you advertise. Hope to return again in the future.

Very pet- friendly with so many added amenities! This house was perfect for our family of 5 and a dog! Very clean and cozy. The host is incredibly communicative and helpful.

This house was spacious and perfect for indoor and outdoor relaxation. The game room was very well set up and stocked and we spent most of our time inside together here! The hot tub is well maintained and the cleanest we've seen in a rental! The coffee bar and kitchen were very well supplied and made it easy to prepare meals. The natural light from all the windows was wonderful and the curtains provided privacy in evenings. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, although the beds are on the soft side but plenty of pillows, blankets and throws. We did not travel with pets but this house had all the details thought out and provided for them too! Communication with our host, Veronica was quick and appreciated and we would book and recommend to any in the area in the future!

Everything about this house was amazing and as expected based on the listing. Game room had so many options to keep the kids entertained. Especially loved the pac man arcade game and pool table. Fenced in backyard was a true luxury as we traveled with our dog and he loved relaxing on the patio in the sun. Kitchen was stocked with all the things needed to cook meals. Air conditioning kept the entire house cold and bedrooms have ceiling fans too. Tried out the brick pizza oven which was pretty cool. Definitely watch all the tutorials you can before attempting. Made some memories with that experience. Didn’t get a chance to utilize the hot tub. Location was great as it was within about 20-30 minutes from all the local attractions like Luray Caverns, Luray Zoo, & Shenandoah National Park (Swift Run Gap entrance). Lastly, communication with the host was top notch. Veronica provided so many details about the property before even checking in that were so helpful in knowing what to expect when we arrived. She also gave us a heads up on exactly what day/time the landscaper would be there knowing we had the dog with us and she wanted to ensure his safety. If we ever come back to Shenandoah we would absolutely stay here again!!

Family Vacation

The house was great, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is wonderful. The hot tub was wonderful as well. The house has alot of sitting options and it has a fairly big backyard. We will definitely book if we are staying in the area.

This was such a lovely property! Super cute house, very clean. I typically don't look under beds at VRBOs because I've been scared of what I've found, but had to after I dropped something and under the beds are clean too! No dust bunnies and no hidden candy wrappers. Showers are nice, so are the beds. So many nice touches, made this house such a nice family vacation and a super cozy stay. It was rainy the first day, but we had plenty to do with the pool table and a lot of board games. There was even a dog bed for our pup and dog toys which our pup also appreciated. The smores basket was priceless. I have teens, that often don't want to hang out with us anymore. Our boy noticed the smores and requested to make them, leading to hours of hanging out around the fire pit talking about life and looking at stars. I can't even tell you how priceless this was. If we had brought stuff to make smores, the teens would have thought it a dumb idea , but because the host provided them, it was amazing. My husband rated this top 5 VRBOs we have ever stayed in and he is picky. We had such a lovely time. 10/10 recommend without hesitation. It is such a great stay. Thank you so much!

Fantastic vacation home!

Wonderfully renovated house which makes a great base of operations for hiking in Shenandoah, visiting Luray, enjoying activities at Massanutten. It poured rain the weekend we were there but the pool table, covered jacuzzi & pizza oven made it fun & enjoyable! Loved the sound of the rain on the metal roof!

Fantastic House!!!

This house had everything we needed and everything we wanted too! We especially loved the pool table and arcade game! Having a fenced-in yard for our dog to play fetch in was a huge plus and the house was very clean (and beautiful)! Would love to come back someday!

Weekend getaway

Everything was amazing. The only regret we had was that we didnt have enough time to do everything we wanted, including all the house amenitites! Next time we will book for a week and bring family. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub and spent all our time in the house not sleeping in the gameroom!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and centrally location in the Shenandoah Valley. The house is charming on the outside and modern on the inside. There is a great family room. The back yard space is amazing. Hot tub, seating, dining, fire pit and some room for yard games. We don’t travel a lot with our dog, but Daisy joined us this time. The fenced back yard was the main reason. And as others have mentioned the host is great and very responsive.

Perfect location & great fenced backyard

The home was immaculate, comfortable and felt like home right away. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more and the hot tub was so relaxing. The home was close to the Shenandoah National Park and about 30 minutes from Bear mountain adventures where you can take the whole family zip lining. I’m 58 and had a blast there! We def recommend this home as the neighborhood is so quiet.

Close enough to Shenandoah NP

We went up to visit the NP. We loved the house because there was lots to keep my teens entertained. The house was clean, the town was sleepy. It made for a quiet and nice visit. Communication with the host was easy. She was very organized and thorough.
