Enjoy the short walk to a private beach and beach side restaurants from the gated community. Open floor plan with completely stocked kitchen. Two beach chairs and umbrella provided by beach service, 4 beach towels available. 3 indoor TV’s and one outdoor TV under covered Lani. Very short walk to small local market for quick necessities.

BEAUTIFUL home!!!! Especially loved the outdoor space. We had some rain but still enjoyed being outside. The host was great to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house! The outdoor living area and pool is really amazing. We prepared and ate most of our meals out there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts were very helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. I loved the coffee bar. Just a great place that made our Florida vacation awesome!

Absolutely amazing property. The house & backyard are an actual paradise. The walk to the beach was 6-7 minutes & the beach was not crowded like some of the public beaches. We didn’t want to leave!

Amazing

I reviewed MANY properties when I booked this place six months in advance of our vacation… and this was the clear winner. The location is perfect. A 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Opposite exit of the neighborhood is the main road through Destin, so it’s easy access to everything. The backyard is perfect. The covered grill, the lighting, the television, the pool with a waterfall… this place is really something.

The house is absolutely Paradise! We spend all days on the patio area of the house. It is absolutely gorgeous! It is like your private oasis! House is very clean, modern. Host is excellent, communication was wonderful. Only one thing- We didn’t want go to the beach, because this house is like your own beach. Swimming pool is great, and outside furniture, kitchen and design around are very comfortable and enjoyable! I recommend this house for 500 %. We stayed at Miramar beach at different houses, condos and townhouses, but this one is The Best One! We are looking forward to come back! Thank you very very much!

Amazing Property

Beautiful house

We would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Destin area! The house is beautiful and the outdoor patio/pool is where we spent most evenings. Troy and his wife were great hosts and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

A wonderful stay!

The house exceeded our expectations ... the backyard was amazing -- we spent the majority of our time there relaxing in the pool, enjoying the grill and our evening cocktails. Great restaurant recommendations and the beach wagon and chairs made getting to the beach a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Vacay Miramar Beach

The house was amazing. Beautifully upgraded home. Very comfortable for 6 people. We only spent sleeping hours inside because the back yard was phenomenal!! Highly recommend this home for a great vacation.

Our Best Stay Yet

This was our favorite stay in Miramar Beach yet. The house was everything and more. Location was great. Very safe coded gate community. We rented a golf cart, which is always nice to get around. The private beach access and chairs were a luxury we didn’t know we needed! It’s a bit of hike from the house and even parking if you have littles, but my husbad dropped us off and did the walking. House was clean and cozy. LOVED the backyard, pool, couch, TV, and grill. Would stay here again. The hosts were accommodating to our dates and provided all the details for check in prior. Great stay!

Outdoor Paradise

Beautiful. We spent the majority of our days and evenings under the covered patio and enjoying the pool. The outdoor kitchen is spectacular as well. The interior is stunning. The master bathroom feels like a spa. This house is meticulously maintained and well cared for. The backyard is a secluded and private oasis. The beach is a short walk and the owners provided a wagon so the kids could bring sand toys and boogie boards. Walkable restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Destin.

Exactly what you want for a home away from home

It was our families first trip and we couldn't have been happier. We opted for the heated pool but the dreaded cold snap that hit the US put a kabash on that. We still enjoyed swimming in the gulf☺️, kids loved it. The backyard was a true oasis. Inside is exactly as pictured with an amazing master shower that cannot be overlooked. Troy was fantastic communicating with us and answered any questions. If you're looking for a place, this is it.

Top notch

This home is beautiful and completely updated on the inside and out, the feeling you get is really being at home not in a rental property. They have all of the best finishes and linens including a super comfortable mattress and the master bedroom. We really enjoyed the master bathroom, sounds like a small thing but the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The backyard was truly an oasis, we opted to heat the pool and it was a wonderful dip at the end of a beach day the temperatures in the pool reached 88 and 90 sometimes by the end of the day which was perfect for the fall. The neighborhood was extremely well cared for and we rented bikes and loved the accessibility to the boardwalk and that we could ride in the morning or ride bikes to lunch or the beach. We would definitely return next year. Only tip is bring your own beach towels. A++

Nice Property. Wonderful Lanai

This is a very nice home, with a wonderful outdoor space. The property is a tidy three bedroom, two bathroom home. The home's indoor space is comfortable and functional. What makes this property special is the outdoor space. The covered lanai has an expansive cooking area, including both gas and charcoal grills, as well as a beverage refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. There is plentiful and very comfortable outdoor seating, and a large TV, that we enjoyed for evening movies. Finally, there is a very nice plunge pool, with a great waterfall feature. We enjoyed our late July stay at the property. Access to the gated community and home, as well as the beach gate (a short walk away), though involving a number of different codes, was fairly straightforward. The host was easy to communicate with and was responsive to texts/messages.

True meaning of vacation

This house was perfect. What sold me on this house was initially the backyard, My husband loves to sit outside at home so I knew that he would enjoy the outdoor living space at this house. From the photos, I was excited, The host began communicating with me from the moment I showed interest. This home is a gem and more than we were hoping for. I’m a bit of a decorating junkie and have my hand in landscaping. I loved everything from the tile floors, kitchen amenities, walk in shower in the master and exquisite utilization of space in the backyard. My husband and I spent most of our time under the Lani relaxing and watching tv. I started the morning with coffee outside every morning and ended with a cocktail…I have never relaxed so much on vacation🤪. As for the host, they were fantastic. Although on vacation themselves, they quickly responded to any questions. They even arranged to have the coffee maker(a new Keurig) replaced when it stopped working within 6 hours. They were welcoming and gracious host.

Beautiful property, great for a family that enjoys cooking with 2 spaces to use. We made every meal at the house, seafood 3 nights and grilling out others. Check-in was super easy, property looks just like pictures. Outside tv/pool area was great in the evening for movie nights. Beds all very comfortable. 8-10 min walk to beach, nice to have chairs/umbrella waiting for you. Close to markets and shopping.

Although the private community beach is a short 6 minute walk, you may not want to leave the house. Neighbors all tell us we have the best backyard in the area. Wonderful way to spend your mornings with a cup of coffee or evenings with home cooked steak and glass of wine while enjoying the sounds of the pools waterfall.
