If you are looking to enjoy a beach vacation with ease and comfort, you have found the place!! This is a 1st Floor/Corner/Direct Ocean Front condominium which is just steps from enjoying the beach and the pool. This condominium offers spectacular views from the living room and master bedroom. Our family owned condo has been completely renovated and offers the convenience of the pool and beach access. This beautiful, convenient and comfortable condo has everything you need to enjoy some quality time at the beach!!!

Our unit has High Speed Internet.

The master bedroom offers a view of the ocean with the sound of the waves! There is a comfortable king-size bed along with plenty of closet space, a dresser, and smart TV with cable. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The guest room provides a comfortable queen-size bed with a twin trundle. This room also offers a smart T.V. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
In the living room, there is a view of the ocean and pool! The living room has a Smart T.V. with cable. You can literally sit in the living room and watch your favorite show while enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean!!! The dining area is combined with the living room and has a table to accommodate 4-6.
There are 2 grills and a covered gazebo on the pool deck for cooking out. Our family-owned condominium is located on the non-drive part of New Smyrna Beach. It is great for sunbathing, beach games, surfing, swimming, surf fishing, building sandcastles, bike riding or just relaxing with a book. All of these activities are as easy as stepping out the back door of our condo...Directly Beach Front...Easy Access!
Our condo is located at Ocean Club South Condominiums, Unit A-103 (Direct Ocean Front//Corner/1st Floor).

Perfect Getaway

Had another amazing time at this property. Luckily we were able to enjoy this listing and condo for our first time as we stayed at another rental before. To date, this was our best experience yet. Everything on the inside met all of our expectations and all accommodations were just perfect. Had a few conversations with the manager of the property during our stay and they were great to talk with and help clarify a few things for us. Overall it was amazing and already in the calendar to book again in the near future!

Mothers Day Getaway

Took my wife for a getaway at Ocean Club South in New Smyrna. The unit was perfect for us, close to the pool and oceanfront. It was clean and the owners and staff at OCS were awesome....highly recommend!

Adorable Condo with Great Views

We loved this condo! It's a newly renovated cute condo. Beautiful views of the ocean and close proximity to the pool. However, it wasn't the cleanest. We felt the need to wash the bedspreads as they didn't seem like they had been cleaned in a while.The shower curtains and rugs either need to be cleaned or replaced. The laundry was also not conveniently located and the pool is not heated.

Natural Ocean Wave Sound Track!

My partner and I stayed here for 12 days. We had friends come and stay for 2 nights. The owners were very responsive to questions. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because they did not provide TP for the stay and there was not a mirror in the place where you could see your body below the waste. I used the reflection on the sliding glass doors when it really mattered to me. There was a roll of TP in each bathroom on the holder but that was it. It has always been provided in other VRBO's where I have stayed so that was disappointing. There were many things we liked and appreciated about the condo. The kitchen had sharp knives and enough glasses and mugs plus there is a dishwasher and coffee pot and plenty of counter space for our needs. There are not containers to store leftovers in, so just be aware of that. We LOVED the location. The sound of the waves and the easy access to the pool and beach were amazing amenties. We didn't hear much noise from people around us or above us. Beach towels, toys, and chairs were provided. I appreciated having a little wicker shelving unit in the master bathroom for holding all of our toiletries for the time we were there. The king bed was very comfortable. We also loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the patio outside the unit and watching the sun rise and set. One evening we got to see a Moon Rising. It was spectacular. Actually most of the sunrises were also amazing! Overall, we loved it!

Location Location Location!!!

The condo was very comfortable! Couldn’t have picked a better location! Steps to the beach and pool area. Steve was very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process of booking to arriving.

Wonderful!

A gem! This place was perfect for our family of four. Pack n play and highchair made things so easy with our 1 year old. Proximity to pool and ease of getting to the beach with all of our gear was a breeze. We cannot wait to return. Well stocked with all the essentials and close to a little dollar general market for groceries or anything you may have forgotten.

Excellent Condo-Especially for Families with little ones!

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The condo is updated with a well appointed kitchen and the beds are extremely comfortable. Step out the rear sliding glass doors and you’re an arm’s reach from the gated pool entrance and only a few more steps away from the beach. Great condo on the non-driving beach!

Amazing condo and location

We have been staying in condo A-103 and several other condos at Ocean Club South for over 25 years ! The new owners of A-103 have done some amazing upgrades to the condo and are so great to rent from , we sure enjoyed our stay ! See you again next year !

A Great Place At NSB

Very comfortable, well stocked unit right on the beach. Steve responds rapidly to questions. Unit is very clean and refinished with beautiful countertops and freshly painted rooms. You won’t find a better place to stay on NSB.

Family vacation (w/ two toddlers)

Super cute condo with amazing views, right on the water which made getting the littles back and forth to the beach super simple; we also had dolphin sightings every morning and afternoon. Steve has anything and everything you need for the beach (if I would have bothered to read and/or ask, I probably would have saved ourselves a suitcase 😆). Steve was great, let me know we could get in a little early (which again with two toddlers in tow was absolutely amazing), checked in via text during our stay to make sure all was ok, etc. Our stay was amazing and this Momma actually got to relax.

Winter get away

Location of property was excellent, quiet but close to everything you need. Have been coming to New Smyrna for years, always such a warm welcoming place to visit. Unit had all the necessities, only complaint is all the linens could definitely stand to be replaced/upgraded..

Perfect oceanfront getaway

If you’re looking for a perfect view of the ocean, this condo is for you! Each morning we’d get up to see the sun rise and if we didn’t feel like going outside, we would sit inside at the sliding glass doors, sip our coffee and watch the morning unfold. Absolutely breathtaking. We also loved how clean the condo and pool area was. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and helped us feel right at home. One thing (of the many) that really impressed us was the amount of USB ports throughout the condo. We have a lot of electronics which made it super easy to charge all our electronics. Steve, the owner, was quick to respond to my questions before and during our stay. Overall rating is an A++. Thank you!

Wonderful location!

The condo was perfect for our small family of 4. The beach was a few steps from the back porch and the pool was right next to our gate. There is a convenient outdoor shower right by pool entrance from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was fully equipped with linens and accessories needed for our stay. The communication with the owner was excellent as she ensured we were taken care of and able to enjoy our stay. We definitely are looking forward to stay at this condo again. Thank you for everything!

Spring break beach vacation

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is exactly as pictured and the listing was accurate. We had everything that we needed for our week at the beach- beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location of the condo right on the beach and right next to the pool. The complex is small which made the beach and pool area not so crowded. We would definitely recommend the property to others and hope to be back ourselves.
