Pelican Condo Complex

The Pelican Condo Complex with the morning sun on our balcony. Relax and enjoy this completely remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath 5th floor unit with direct oceanfront views. The kitchen is completely remodeled with all new appliances, breakfast bar and dining room set and looks out at the ocean with an unobstructed view. Very clean! The balcony offers views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean where you just may see the dolphins swim by, or jump in one of the 2 pools for a swim yourself (one heated). Our condo has the morning sun on our balcony which is very nice (not all ocean front condos have this). There is something for everyone. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys are there for your enjoyment... no need to pack the extra stuff. We also offer secure personal WiFi. Parking for one vehicle, more parking is available just out side the half wall of the parking lot. We also offer a six passenger golf cart rental for a separate rate, inquire with owner for details.
We provide the essentials so you don't have to pack them, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener...

Super nice place, clean, everything you need was at your finger tips . Host was super helpful, friendly and available anytime you had a question or a need for anything . Great location close to everything . Beach view was amazing.

The condo was very clean. The host communicated with me all week. Anything I needed she took care of. Only down side was a group that was there, i suppose of family took all the beach up tight in front of the condos every morning. It was 10 tents long.

I love The Pelican, stay there every time I go to New Smyrna Beach. Condo is in great condition, very clean and a great view. The owner was super accommodating, very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend staying there

It was a very nicely furnished and clean condo. Electronic lock/entry is great so that you do not need a key or card. We had everything we needed. Only comment is that it would be help to have some instructions on how to run the TV in the master bedroom. We could not get that to work.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at The Pelican. The view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the unit, the wonderful beach chairs and beach towels provided were a perfect touch! We will def be staying here again!!!

Great location, great condo

Location was fabulous, steps to the beach. Clean and spacious. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Having beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided was fantastic. Comfy beds and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach.

Beautiful Place to Stay

This condo was great! The location, cleanliness, and amenities were outstanding. From extra sunscreen in a basket, games/puzzles for down time, beach chairs/toys/towels, 2 roll away beds, and much much more. We were amazed at the "extras" that the owner so kindly included. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nice apartment on 5th floor with sea view

Great time at the beach

The place was beautiful and mostly just as listed. The owners were great & had housekeeping come fix a couple things right away in the beginning of our stay. Everything else was just wonderful!! Would go back in the future!

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. I especially appreciate the quality of appliances and utensils. The owners provided every single thing that was needed to make this an easy and comfortable stay. Communication was excellent!

Excellent beach condo

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and was fully stocked especially the kitchen. The property is well maintained. The owner is very good about communicating and even took the extra step to let us know there was going to be a full moon. The ocean view is beautiful

Beautiful condo with amazing view of the ocean!

This condo is spacious, nicely decorated, super clean and has everything you need. The view is spectacular and the heated pool was great to have since we had a couple of cold days over Spring Break. The owner, Lee Ann, was also super responsive and great to communicate with. We would definitely reserve again!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

By far one of our BEST vrbo experiences!! The host was amazing to work with...great communication, attentive, and accommodating. The unit was clean and had all the supplies needed. The grounds are meticulously kept and the sunrise view every morning was a highlight! We will definitely be back and will book again!!
