This place was great! Had everything we needed. Appreciated the toiletries and extra kitchen supplies. Quiet neighborhood. Close to USF.

Small. Tidy. Quiet. Great communication w Host. Five min from Moffitt. Backyard nicely fenced w outside furniture. Again quiet. Lovely showers. Small kitchen perfect. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier. I would highly recommend! Nice neighbors.

This was the perfect stay for us. The reviews are accurate, location minutes from Moffett. Comfortable inside and good to have sitting in back. The little park next door is peaceful, a paved path and a little book exchange house (so bring one to donate). Quiet neighborhood. Stars were aligned for us.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and has everything we needed. It is close to USF and all of the attractions. The host was very helpful and made sure we were all set.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

The home is well appointed, full of modern and upgraded conveniences and is on a quiet street. Communicating with the owner was challenging at times but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. 3 of us stayed for 10 days and a restful trip. Would highly recommend!

Move from Indiana to Florida

Stayed in the interim until our home was ready. Great location. Super clean. Everything you need is supplied. Small and comfy. Perfect for our four nights. Would highly recommend.

Good shelter in the storm

Cute property. Very well done. Be aware ceilings are very low so if you are 6 feet or above may not be the property for you. Small but great for shelter from the hurricane. Our power went out two days in and we had to leave the rental at that point. I appreciate the efforts made by the owner and her great choices on finishes.

My husband was a Moffitt patient and his bone marrow transplant was delayed 1 month after we had locked down our reservation. Luz our host was so gracious and understanding and worked with us to move our rental dates. The home was comfortable and the backyard gazebo was a pleasure to get out and sit as after transplant, as we could not venture out but only to Moffitt for appointments. The cushions and pillows though could use replacing as well as some kitchen items. The master shower was awesome and the adjustable bed so comfortable. The clothes took a very long time to dry. After contacting Luz about the dryer not being hooked up to the external vent, she stated that the dryer had an internal vent. I had never heard of a dryer that had internal vents. She was willing to send out a repair man if I thought there was still some concerns but I told her not necessary if this was normal. It probably wouldn’t be any issue if only there for a few days or a week but after 2 months, I was happy to get back to using an external vented dryer. Overall, quiet neighborhood and a very comfortable stay, Thank you Luz!!

A few dislikes

Liked the location and the house but had a few dislikes. Gas grill had no gas in it,outside furniture was dirty,yard was high weeds, 1 bed was low to ground. Had to call because code wouldnt work. Outside garbage was full had to call to see what to do for our garbage.

Very nice and beautiful Dog allowed!

This house is small, but it is absolutely beautiful. The backyard is huge and fenced in. My dog had plenty of room to run and have fun. It’s very hard to find a house this nice that allows pets, I’m so glad that they did! My husband was at MOFFITT for surgery, and for me to come home and be with my dog in this beautiful little house was just the medicine I needed.. The property manager answered immediately when I had questions. Everything was handled quickly and she was very attentive. She checked in the first night to see how we got along and if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed, and it’s beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is friendly and it’s one block off 56th where there’s restaurants, coffee, Publix everything you need. I will definitely stay here again if we need to come to MOFFITT Cancer center anytime soon. Or a little get away with my little pup!

Very clean - management east to contact. Community is so friendly! Lots of food and parks near by.

The house was newly updated. I'm creeped out by dirt and this house was cleaner than a million dollar house I stayed in the month before. The ceilings are low. So, if you're taller than 6'3" the showers aren't going to work for you. The air-conditioning isn't very good at circulating and you get hot at night. We found we had to set thermostat at 59 at night so we didn't sweat to death. Once we figured that out - the visit was comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Could have used a few more utensils like pizza cutter, Tupperware, trash bags. The community is wonderful!!! I went for walks past 12am, alone as a female, and never felt scared. I 100% would recommend this rental to anyone and will rent again in the future. We rent houses often and this one is by far one of the cleanest and best located ones we have stayed at.

We had a great stay here for my daughter’s graduation. So close to Publix and the university. It was also close to my daughter’s apartment. The place was clean and nicely updated. It was a hot weekend but the air conditioning kept up, however the master vent is quit strong while the other bedroom is much hotter. They provide fan which helps. The beds were okay just absorbed your body heat since they are foam mattresses. Checkout directions are easy. Overall I would recommend this rental.
