Amazing stay

From the time of arrival up to The day I left the stay was very amazing. Lori answered all my questions and help me out with early check-in. The house was beautiful. Best house I’ve ever been in as far as rentals and definitely will be coming back again in the future.

Family Disney Trip

Great home with lots of space to spread out. Home had everything we needed to make our week enjoyable. Loved the heated pool, definitely recommend. Nice, safe, gated neighborhood. Easy drive to the parks. Great restaurants in the area. We will stay here again.

Would book again!

The property was nicely kept, and very nice. The pool was refreshing and clean as well! We had no issues with our stay, the property manager, Fred, was available whenever we had any questions and myself and my extended family would highly recommend the property.

A perfect vacation experience!

This property is exactly as it is shown on the VRBO website. It was a perfect vacation home for our family of 15. It was immaculate, roomy, and convenient to all of the Disney parks. Lori was an amazing host who was very responsive to all questions that I had and the property manager, Fred, was so kind and helpful when we needed him. We will definitely book this home again for any future visits to Florida and highly recommend it others!

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, it was exactly as described and as shown in photos, except with even more privacy in pool area as there has been a privacy fence installed. It was clean and accommodating. Plenty of towels, dishes, and cookware. Loved the pool and spa area with loungers! We took advantage of the clubhouse and enjoyed the lazy river. I should mention that the clubhouse does not supply tubes, but they do sell them for $18 each. The master bed downstairs dips if you have back issues and garage/game room was very hot were our only concerns. However, would stay again and highly recommend! Lori, the property manager, was responsive and helpful.

Dirty sheets, dirty pool, overused furniture trash bin full upon arrival, AC set to 80, Hot game roo

When we arrive to the property, The trash bin was full of the previous renters trash. We had to look at that until midday the next day. The pool was frothy, foggy with thick suds the whole stay the Pool man could not get it cleaned. The sheets on the beds were dirty, some had blood stains and food stains, It was obvious that the sheets were not changed from the previous renters. as much as we pay for cleaning service, the house should have been actually cleaned .The couch in the front room needed to be replaced,It was worn out in caved inward. every one of the dining room chairs was shaky and they all were in need of cleaning. The Game room/garage was so hot you could pass out the air conditioning system did not work the whole time I reported on day one. House air conditioning system is set for 80 if you wanted to keep the house cool you had to keep resetting both air conditioners upstairs and downstairs about every 10 to 12 hours. Toilet paper holders in two bathrooms for broken. The house had thrift shop pots and pans, so if you want it to Cook bring your own cookware. ice machine filter needed to be changed and flashed the whole time we were there. the fridge stop making ice,We went out and bought a bag of ice. I had never rented in Westgate and I was not impressed.

Nice house with some notes

The house was nice but a few items need attention. The garage smelled of cat urine. The thermostat kept readjusting. Not sure if it was the owners or a presetting but it was hot in the house since the temperature was close to 80 degrees outside. I think it should’ve been initially noted about the cameras being present. Also, not that it could be controlled but the cell phone reception was non existent.

4th Time Out

The House is beautiful & very spacious it's over 3500sqft of space. I loved that there was a master bedroom downstairs and 6 bedrooms upstairs. It has a very open floor plan so there's lots of space for everyone to hang out and relax. The pool area seemed small at first but once we got in, there was definitely enough room for everyone. There were 9 of us in total but only 7 of us got in at the same time but there was still enough room for the other 2 to join in and have plenty of space. The game room was nice but it was just way too hot to enjoy. There was a portable ac unit there but it wouldn't run cold air so we just skipped using the game room. They have a basketball court, gym and water park in the resort area close by. Its was in walking distance but was so hot we drove over to the gym. Our boys loved it. We were close to everything in Orlando so getting around was easy. We absolutely loved our time there. You can do the big resorts but there are also smaller amusement parks around the area that are just as fun if you're not into the huge parks. We'd recommend this place for any large group that's looking for a relaxing fun time.
