Experience a comfortable and convenient stay in this 1-bedroom studio located along the Coconut Coast. This unit is perfect for guests who are looking to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is extremely convenient for getting around with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It is centrally located and only 30 mins away from the north and south side of the island.

You can lounge by the swimming pool or walk along the beach which is just steps away from the property. At Kauai Kailani, you will find yourself right at home. BBQ Grills, Meeting/Recreation Room, Ping Pong Table, and Books are provided here for ease of access and your convenience.

The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

Easy in and out. Centrally located making either end of the island short commutesHuge bed, I got lost and had to call for help. The louvered windows brought back happy childhood memories.

The room was very clean and neat. His was very responsive and helpful. Air conditioning worked great and cooled the place down fairly quickly if you need it. There isn’t a view of the beach from the room but you could just go around the corner and down the hall and your right on the beach. Had great lounge chairs for around the pool and some on the lawn. Great ocean view I would sit on the lawn chairs and just relax. You’re able to catch the sunrise from this property as well. Perfect location about 35-40 min drive depending on time of day to the south or north shores

The room was bigger than we expected. Very clean. We rarely used the AC as the room stayed cool. Not a lot of noise from other suites although roosters and traffic could be a problem for light sleepers. Wifi was not great so wouldn’t recommend for those who are working remotely, but location was great and would stay again!

Best stay ever

Kauai Kalani was the best location and stay that I have enjoyed in Kauai, ever. I regularly return to visit my childhood home, and I will always try to book here in the future, now that I know!

Clean, comfortable bed, a little noisy from adjoining rooms and street traffic, close to safeway for food , affordable.

Aloha Kenneth, Thank you for your stay! This studio is at a prime location central to the island of Kauai and a great landing spot just 30 minutes to the north and south shores of Kauai. There's lots of restaurants, shops, and conveniences just a few minutes away. Since this unit is at a central location and is also part of a condo complex, there can be some potential for noise as this listing is not a single family home in a private neighborhood. But the beach is just around the building with easy access to the famous royal coconut coast trail overlooking the beautiful ocean at an unbeatable cost. Great Location

The close proximity to some shopping, grocery and clothing made this very walkable. Its location allowed us to visit the North and South sides of the island easily. Enjoyed our stay

This place was perfect for two. It was exactly as advertised and we were thrilled. It was precisely 40 strides from the door of our ground-floor unit to the sandy beach, (I counted) and the view from the beach chairs there were spectacular. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and there were plenty of fans. We never even needed the air conditioning unit. The refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and the provided dishes and utensils allowed us to make many of our own meals in the room, which saved us a lot of money. The convenience of having the grocery store and a Ross directly across the street was amazing. And the Lemongrass Grill restaurant directly actually the street from the driveway was delicious. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Excellent location, Great stay!

Big spacious bed, simple accommodations. Perfect for those who want to get out and see the island, centrally located so the west side or the north shore are roughly the same distance. Place was clean and Dave was extremely accommodating! Plan on staying again in the future!

Comfortable, convenient, affordable

I was extremely happy with my stay. The location was perfect right on the beach and across the street from a shopping center and restaurants. The room itself had everything you needed, comfortable bed, small kitchen area with coffee make, microwave and refrigerator

The location is ideal if you want to access opposite sides of the island, walk to food trucks, best shave ice (Wailua), dozens of shops and restaurants, and you can get to Sleeping Giant in about 5 minutes if you want to watch one of the best sunrises on the planet.

Very convenient location

Very convenient location you can go to both sides of the island in a short amount of time and I had restaurants grocery stores just a couple feet away from the location and David was so helpful
