Vacation on Beautiful Kauai!
Aloha and welcome to our hale (pronounced holly). Thank you for considering our home for your vacation plans. Our one bedroom air-conditioned condominium is located adjacent to the Coconut Marketplace in the heart of Kapaa on the east shore of the Garden Island of Kauai.
The Marketplace has restaurants, gift shops, and a luau for your enjoyment. You can leave the rental car in your free parking stall and take a vacation from driving if you wish. Kapaa is conveniently located midway between Poipu on the Southside of Kauai and the beautiful North Shore. The condominium is ten miles north of the airport in Lihue.
We have free wireless internet. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. We have two full-size beds in the bedroom. There are two TVs with cable access and a DVD player. There are three grills on the grounds for outdoor cooking and three swimming pools and spas on the property. Laundry facilities are available.
The beach is a short walk away. The Safeway and ABC grocery stores are also within walking distance. Relax and enjoy the tropical trade winds on our second (top) floor private lanai with views of the ocean and Sleeping Giant Mountain. We are 44 year residents who live nearby in Kapaa and are available for assistance and recommendations to help make your stay on Kauai as pleasant as possible. Check in is 3PM and check out is 11AM but check with us about early in or late out possibilities.

The location is very good with a lot of cute shops and souvenire stores around. The condo was perfectly clean, check in effortless and our hosts were very helpful and sweet. If I come back to Kauai I would definetely stay here again.

Everything was as described. Communication was fantastic. The site was clean and cozy. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the morning. We used the kitchen, and the on-site laundry was helpful. We hope to be back soon - very pleased!

The location cannot be matched! Super chill area but still walkable and lovely. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, easy access to laundry (the app was super easy). Loved that our day trips out of the area (North/South) were easy, not to mentioned the long bike path (17 miles) right from along our coast. Thank you for a wonderful base for which to have a great vacation.

Kauai Vacation
The condo and location worked out perfectly for our long visit on the island. We enjoyed our walks right from the condo's location.

Perfect location
Everything we needed was there for us. Plenty of room and very clean. Perfect location on the island and easy to navigate to and from all our activities. The property was safe and well maintained.

Loved it!
Easy check in process. Loved our lanai and eating breakfast out there everyday. Overall had a very nice stay here.

Perfect getaway.
Perfect location, close to everything. Quiet getaway, great amenities. Fully equipped with everything you need, kitchen necessities, bathroom necessities, etc.

Good value and location
A bit outdated looking, but with a homey, vintage 1980’s vibe. Great location and nice balcony views. Strong wifi, good AC, comfy bed, adequate shower, well equipped kitchen. It’s a great value and is nicer than the photos show.

Everything was awesome we enjoy the unit had breakfast everyday the kitchen very well stocked and clean all working perfect the host very nice can wait to get back soon thanks for everything

The condo had everything we needed, including plenty of toiletries, paper towels, spices and beach items. Beds were comfy, ample furniture and great outside Lanai where I drank my coffee every morning. Check in was so easy and we even got a late checkout! Property is awesome, with 3 beautiful pools, grills, and scenic views. Close to everything! I can't say enough about our amazing host who answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and kind. If we ever return to this beautiful island, we will stay here again!

Kauai
My husband and I found this to be in a great location to explore the island. Easily accessible for walking to shops, groceries, restaurants, a beach, a bike/walking path. The condo itself is a bit dated and could use some updating but was well stocked and served our purpose well.

Perfect spot for seeing Kauai
We had everything we needed and more! Our host was very accommodating and even allowed us to check out late for our red eye flight! Many good restaurants nearby (we especially enjoyed the gyro stand) and Coconut Market was wonderful! Only downside was a huge wall blocking view of ocean.

Thank you for your comments. Regarding the fence across the street - it was supposed to be a temporary fence/dust screen for a construction project that went into foreclosure years ago. The property owners are no longer responsive to complaints etc from neighbors or the Coconut Marketplace Association.
