We LOVE Kauai and hope you will too! You are invited to come and enjoy our beautifully renovated condo in paradise. A charming, laid-back ocean front property, Kauai Kailani a rediscovered treasure, is conveniently located in the quaint beach-side community of Kapaa, on gorgeous Waipouli Beach on the famous Coconut Coast of Kauai.

Less than 7 miles from the airport, (no, you do not hear the planes). You have easy access to either the north or south shores and all Kapaa has to offer. Kapaa was on the Forbes list of most beautiful towns in America.


Our condo has been totally renovated from the studs up. New paint, back splash, and washer/dryer in May 2015. Pools, gardens, and lanais have been updated too! This is a second floor end unit with a pool and garden view (also ocean and mountain view) from your private lanai (deck), about 100 steps to sand beach.

This professionally designed condo has contemporary Hawaiian décor. The master bedroom has a king bed and the den has a queen sofa bed. Sliding doors provide privacy for the den. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Beach access, free wireless Internet access, free parking, BBQ facilities, two private pools (one ocean front, the other below the lanai), cable TV, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler are provided for you to enjoy. A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request.

Easy walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway, Foodland, several restaurants, shopping, and more.

Close to the beach and easy access to old Kapa’a.The unit was well equipped with everything needed including washer and dryer. We especially liked how the ocean breeze came in easily through the front door when propped open. No A/C needed.

Our location was great! The place was clean and comfortable. The area came with it’s own alarm clocks…..roosters. Loved it! lol! The host was easy to communicate with.

House was very clean. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had. The condo is a little small but had everything you needed. The location was great. There is a cute little market down the road and a grocery store across the street. The balcony was nice and spacious.

We enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen to make most breakfasts and dinners. Plus, the location across the street from Safeway allowed for easy meal planning.

This was our first trip to Kauai and this location and property were excellent. Super convenient to be across the street from Safeway (and Starbucks/ABC Store/Ross). Easy communication with the hosts and never had to reach out for anything. Trade winds truly blow right through the place and A/C really only needed at night just as the hosts explained it all. Loved having washer/dryer access. Borrowed a beach chair and umbrella. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking meals. Proximity to the beach is as advertised, although it isn’t really for swimming, but excellent for family pictures and experiencing the sunrise. Great experience that we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you!

The condo was nice. Sheila our contact on Kauai was great. Only complaint was couch was uncomfortable to sit on. Since weather was bad we sat on it during some rain storms.

This condo was an incredibly comfortable space to relax after adventuring all day. Steps away from the beach, what more could you ask for! I even forgot some belongings on the last day and luckily I was still local, the cleaners put them in a bag for me on the doorknob! It was so kind of them to coordinate that for me. I'd love to stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. The Condo was perfect for what we needed, and the location was great, easy access to either side of the island. The Condo was well stocked and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Centrally located with everything you need for your vacation provided in the condo. We were able to spend time during our stay in all the parts of the island with just a quick trip. It is on a walking/biking trail that is miles long on the ocean front and is spectacular. Bike rentals are just down the street. Lydgate children’s play park and beach is about 5 min away and has plenty of parking and was a hit with our grand daughter. Their shore break ponds makes beginner snorkelling easy and swimming with small children far less worrisome. The condo was thoughtfully decorated, well taken care of and clean. We loved our stay on Kauai and will be back.

Great vacation rental

Overall this place was great! The extras in the property were really nice and the location was great, allowing us to stay in one place for our visit and still visit all areas of the island with reasonable drive times. The only thing that was a little tricky to navigate was the parking, but the owners were great at communicating the options and once we got there and saw the layout we were able to figure it out. We had a lovely time!
