Beautiful condo a few steps away from the beach. Super clean and stocked with everything you need to start your vacation. Conveniently located between Daytona and St. Augustine.

Fantastic property with great view. Host was super responsive to any and all questions or needs. The place itself was outstanding and surpassed all expectations. We are looking to rebook for next summer already!

Truly Paradise!

Host was a great communicator,and goes above and beyond. The unit and property were very clean and well accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great Unit

I have stayed in many units in this complex over the last decade and I think this one is the best. Everything works, newly remodeled and my favorite top floor/end unit.

Sue’s condo is absolutely fabulous! We love Cinnamon Beach and didn’t think we could love it anymore until we stayed in Sue’s condo. “Paradise Found” is a perfect description of this condo. The condo has everything you need. The furniture and beds are top notch. Waking up to that view was amazing. We can not wait to return.

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The unit is clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for your stay. The views from the living room and master bedroom are beautiful and the balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee. The community was great as well- no issues at the security gate, the pools and gym were a great bonus. Would return again for sure!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in Paradise Found. From the moment we walked into the condo, we were blown away by the beautiful panoramic ocean views! The pictures in the listing don’t capture how beautiful and bright the property is, with gorgeous ocean views from the living area, dining room, and kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with several upgrades, including power window shades and power reclining sofas. Everything was very clean, and we appreciated the comfortable beds and extra pillows. The balcony was the perfect place for enjoying morning coffee, and we even saw 2 rocket launches from our balcony, as well as lots of fireworks on the 4th. The beach wasn’t too crowded, and we felt very safe with the strict security. Palm Coast had convenient restaurants and grocery stores without the touristy feel. Sue was quick to respond to all my questions and left detailed instructions for everything in the home, as well as information about the area. The beach was beautiful, but a little rocky in spots so bring water shoes. We were sad to leave this beautiful property and would love to come back in the future!

Perfection at the beach

We found it just as advertised. Sue (the owner) has everything in the condo you could possibly need & she is extremely understanding to any issues that might arise ( like forgetting to start the dishwasher when we left). It was absolutely the perfect condo for our family of 5 adults ( but she's got children covered with toys if needed). The place is just perfect and a easy drive to many activities. Just a few of our activities were The Kennedy Space Center, The Fountain of Youth, The St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Chololate shop, & Silver Springs.

Sue is an excellent host! She made sure we had a complete run down of everything before we checked in and was very accommodating to our requests. The view from the balcony was the best and we enjoyed several mornings and evenings just listening to the waves crashing and the beautiful views. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen has everything you need to make meals for the entire family. Getting to and from the beach was very convenient and the actual property and club pools were excellent when you want to transition to something less salty. The area is very walkable and perfect for biking. All in all a 10 out of 10!

Thanks so much. Glad you loved the unit. Unfortunately, we can’t control the rocks. This was an unusual year. Generally the tides cover them with sand by the spring/summer season so you’d never know they were there. Hope you’ll try again next year.

Famly Vacation - we loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous. Photos don't do this justice. It really is a beautiful home and Sue was very helpful. Surrounding community is lovely. Our favorite vacation!! If there is any downside, I would just let everyone know to bring water shoes as the rocks in the surf can be sharp.

Cinnamon beach is the perfect family beach! The location and amenities are perfect.

Great vacation location and overall property. Our condos 764 and 765 were awesome!

Great Place on the Beach

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The condo was great; we had three couples and the condo worked well with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was wonderful to wakeup to the surf and view of the ocean. The pool facilities were great with a grill and bar. The food was actually very good for a pool grill. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the owner took care of it right away. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, we ate out every night. The owner had a wonderful binder with brochures of things to do and menus for places to eat. If you like golf there are many nice courses within 30 minutes of the condo. We highly recommend the Palm Coast area and this condo unit for your next vacation.

ANOTHER PERFECT WEEK AT THE BEST APARTMENT IN CINNAMON BEACH!

This apartment is perfect. I have no complaints at all. It is clean, well maintained and appointed. The owners have gone the extra mile in suppling everything you need for cooking, sleeping, going to the beach or pool, or just relaxing on the balcony... everything! The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, too. It’s our second time renting and we are already planning our next visit. So glad we found this “Paradise”.

Another Day in Paradise

Once again we had a wonderful stay in #765 the week of July 4th. Sue and Steve think of everything! We cannot get over how the kitchen is so well stocked. It has everything you can think of and then some. The view is the best ever. Every time I go out on the balcony, I fall asleep within 5 minutes. There is nothing like the ocean air. All the beds are super comfy! If you have any questions, Sue will reply personally and usually within 5 minutes. Make sure to eat at Captains BBQ. Their ribs are the best. We also love Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach. And make sure to eat at South Beach Grille in Crescent Beach. We are planning to come back next June!! Thanks again. Rich, Ann and kids
