Perfect for families and friends! This second floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.
The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!
Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.
Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

Great central location, easy drive to Princeville and Poipu area. Beautiful ocean view from the patio, convenient to Ross and Safeway which is across the street! Condo pretty equipped and we were able to cook some meals!

The unit is well equipped. There are beach chairs and equipment supplied. The view is incredible. The elevator is nice for seniors. We're planning to return in a year or two. Qing Qing and Dave are great hosts. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great time. Wilf and Karen.

Amazing vacation
It is a beautiful property right on the ocean,amazing sunrises and moon rises.Very close to shopping,restaurants.

Amazing stay in Kapaa
This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Location is central to lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stay in Kauai!

Great choice for our mother/daughter trip
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is right at the beach and the view from the lanai is great. It was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location.

Loved Kapaa
Great central location for driving anywhere on the island. Also within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping.

We loved our stay at our beach getaway. The location was centralized to each of our adventures on Kauai. Watching the sunrise each morning over the ocean was a wonderful treat. They had everything you can need to make a meal or go to the beach. The condo is so comfortable and a wonderful place to stay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby too! We will be back.
