Perfectly located and easy to get in to and to get out of. The unit was impressive and just right for my needs and wants. I liked the whole property and would put it up against several others that i have stayed in over the past 6 years in Kauai. The beach was as good as i had hoped and the place was relaxed and well appointed. Let me summarize with this; ground floor, close to shopping, close to restaurants, great parking, beach front, views galore, pool perfect, well equipped and clean as a whistle.

This was the perfect property for us - comfortable, well equipped and convenient to our plans. Hurricane Lowell disrupted our last few days (!) but fortunately there was no damage to the apartment!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and close to plenty of great places to grab a bite. While we didn’t spend much time at the beach or pool, it was nice to have those options available for a quick dip.The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed, including the basics to prepare some meals during our stay. Since we spent most of our days out exploring and didn’t spend a lot of time at the property, the noise wasn’t a major issue for us. However, if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would suggest bringing earplugs. There may also be children in the upstairs unit, and on the days when we had a later start, we could hear them running around.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here!

I also appreciate you mentioning the potential for noise. This particular unit is located on the ground floor of a condo complex, with neighboring units directly next door and above. There can be some potential for noise from other guests, including footsteps from other guests onsite. Additionally, being a beachfront property in a very central location means there can naturally be some surrounding activity and noise. I’m happy to hear that it wasn’t a major issue during your stay and that you were able to enjoy all that Kauaʻi has to offer. Spent five days here in September/October 2025. Great area good access to everything around lots of walking trails close to stores, food bars, etc. would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay in Kuaui

Property was clean and had plenty of amenities from cooking to towels to beach stuff. Location was great place to explore the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Compact and a bit busy, with many families in other units, but in general a good base for visiting the island. The front bedroom is right across from the elevator, making it especially noisy and brighly lit. Some blackout curtains would be a big help.

The condo is part of a larger complex, so it’s normal to have other units nearby, including families who vacation to our beautiful island similar to you and your family who stayed in this unit. We do want to clarify that both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains that guests can use. This unit is also centrally located on the beach, which makes it a convenient and lively base for exploring the island, but it does mean it’s not a completely private or secluded accommodation like a single-family home. That type of setting may have been better suited to your needs. Mahalo

Handy spot and everything we needed

Well equipped condo in a good location. We enjoyed our time here and found the supermarket and strip mall across the road good. Kaapa is a good mid point to explore the island from.

Dave's home was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. It was very clean as well. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise and loved every second of being there. Dave was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you so much and we hope to return again someday!

Kauai condo

Perfect place to stay on the island. Centrally located on the beach with a pool. Lots of beach toys and the condo was well stocked with kitchen and bath items.

Kauai Trip

We came for a friend's wedding and to explore the island, and David's place was perfect! Besides having everything we needed, the place is in an excellent location. Absolutely would come back :)

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property in Kapaa, the house is just in ground floor so easy to access and the back door just a few steps from the pool and the beach. The owner communicates fast and very helpful. Totally recommended.
