Sip coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening on your expansive rooftop deck, which offers glorious views of Long Beach and those stunning Pacific sunsets. Several seating areas beckon, including comfy couches and a firepit, built-in sofas, and a large patio table, perfect for alfresco dinners prepared on the gas grill. Downstairs, you’ll find even more enchanting outdoor space with an enclosed patio.

The luxury continues inside, in the fully updated, modern space. An open floor plan encourages togetherness, and the chef will love the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and tons of workspace. Littles will love perching at the kitchen island’s barstools, and the rest of the group can gather in the dining area. Spend evenings inside on the leather sectional, watching TV or posting the day’s pics to social media courtesy of the free high-speed WiFi.

The kids will love the shuffleboard game upstairs, and you’ll love the expansive main suite at bedtime, which features a private balcony, TV, seating area, and window front desk for any lingering remote work. This home is also only about 20 miles from Disneyland.

Please note: This property features bedrooms located on upper floors accessible only via stairs, which may not be suitable for all guests. Additionally, the garage may not accommodate larger vehicles.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: The home is equipped with ACTIVE Ring cameras that monitor and record the exterior areas only of the home. There are two exterior-only surveillance cameras. One looks at the main entry door and the front gate, while the other views the garage side door and the kitchen side door (by the grill).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
