Stayed here on a family trip up to door county. Was a good size for our two couples and 1 child. Had a great time and quite close to baileys harbor. Communication with host was great, check in/out was a breeze.

This is an amazing place to stay on the waterfront of Lake Michigan. Although during the on season it seems a bit pricey, it was worth every cent we paid. It was roomy and accommodating for our party. The great room was perfect for a gathering space. The bridgeTo the beach was perfect and it was an excellent spot to hang out.

Stef was very on the ball with communication and super helpful. Even working with the cleaning crew to look for a lost item we left. The house is a bit older, but it had everything we needed. The location is just incredible, right on the beach and you can walk/bike/paddle into town or just walk a few minutes to hike in the Ridges Sanctuary. Amazing views of the starts at night. We enjoyed use of the deck, grill, beach toys, beach chairs and fire pit.

Host was in thorough and fast communication. The location was convenient to all the coastal towns. It was also right near the water. We had great November weather each day and yet couldn't wait to come back to the cozy living room and fireplace. Everything was clean and well thought out for visitors. Would stay again in the future.

Our time at Ridges Retreat was absolutely wonderful. House was clean and cozy, fireplace was amazing, the amenities were great, and we loved being on the water. Serenity went out of there way to ensure we had everything we needed and provided good suggestions for our time there. We will definitely be back. Thank you again, Punkaj and Holli, for such a lovely space to ring in the cozy season!

Truly 5 star hospitality

Great location for a multigenerational trip. The setting is beautiful, it's central to all our favorite spots in Door County, the house is spotless, and the hosts had too many thoughtful touches to list.

Amazing Door County Find

The Sandy Shores Retreat was a hidden gem of Bailey's Harbor! The accommodations were fantastic and perfect for our group. It was two couples and one two year old. We had ample space for all and you couldn't beat the views!

A fabulous stay!

Amazing location in Bailey’s Harbor! Beachfront is beautiful! A lovely fire pit and chairs perfect for s’mores and a sing along. The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and had all the amenities. I would definitely book again.

Great lake house!

We had a great time staying at this lake house. It was clean and had nice attention to detail. We loved having private beach access with an actual sandy beach as most beaches we saw in Door County were rocks. The beds were comfy and the fire pit was a hit with our kiddos. We'd definitely stay here again.
