LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! Enjoy this Newly Renovated Home in the Heart of Baileys Harbor. 1 block from downtown, next to Sway Brewing & Blending. Our 3bd/2ba home sleeps 8 comfortably. Walk to shops, restaurants, and beautiful Lake Michigan. Steps from the Ridges Sanctuary, Cana Island Lighthouse. Explore all of Door County only 13 mins to Sister Bay, Fish Creek & Egg Harbor. Perfect base for all your Door County adventures! Weekly markets & festivals nearby. We look forward to hosting you!

Additional Rules:
• All guests must be 25+ (children with parents okay)
• 8 person max
• We ask that you park no more than 5 vehicles in the driveway. A site plan clearly depicting lot lines and parking spaces is attached
• No parties or events. The Town of Baileys Harbor has mandated quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and we ask that you comply with the Town’s noise and nuisance ordinances in all hours.
• No smoking
• No pets
• We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap but you may need to buy more for longer stays.
• We supply hand soap
• We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
• No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per.
• Controlled bonfires are allowed in the fire pit in the backyard. Fires MUST be contained within the fire ring and we advise extinguishing fires with water and replacing the lid after use.
• No fires outside of the firpit in the backyard (including candles)

• Trash and recycling are on the west side of the home
• We supply trash bags for inside garbage
• Trash/recycling is picked up on Tuesday mornings at 6am. Please bring all emptied trash and recycling bins back in to the side of the house after they have been emptied.

By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of deck, back yard, and entire home for your guests and yourself. Perfect set up and close to many places to eat, get coffee, or grab a drink. Very comfortable and clean. I’d definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Was a perfect spot for our family to stay for the weekend! It’s got a great location (with an amazing bakery right next door), large space for kids to play (located blocks from a great park), and walking distance to town. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful property, situated right in town in Bailey's Harbor. Walk to Ridges, a fabulous Land Trust, as well as SWAY, a fabulous food and beer place.A few glitches with internet, as Bailey's Harbor is working on upgrading their service currently. However, Matt was right there helping out, calling providers, and just generally being supportive. I am sure everyone in Bailey's Harbor looks forward to updated internet service, but really, such a small thing when vacationing in a beautiful county.

Spacious home with a central locationWalk to Baileys Harbor restaurants and shops! Easy drive to all your favorite places in Door County. Thoughtful extras like folding beach chairs made it easy to go to Whitefish Dunes beach and Newport State Park for stargazing. Enjoyed lounging on the deck, cooking in the beautiful kitchen. A lovely stay in Door County

We had a wonderful visit to Baileys Harbor. The home was perfect for a week long girls trip. Very clean and comfortable. We were close enough to see and experience everything Door County has to offer. The large backyard was beautiful for sitting out on the deck and watching the bunnies. I would most definitely stay in this home again.

We had a great time in DC. The house was clean and had everything we needed! Very close to some good restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. The host was also always quick to respond.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect with great walkability to Baileys Harbor and a short drive to all the other DoCo towns. Our daughter loved the playground that is just a couple of blocks away. The house had everything we needed and the space was great. Matt was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This house is walkable to everything Baileys Harbor has to offer and is a great location for visiting the rest of Door County.The check-in process was smooth and all communication with the owner was great.The house is very spacious and was very comfortable for our group. The wi-fi can be spotty during the day, but that seems to be a town problem, not a house problem, Will definitely stay here again when visiting Door County.

A nice house close to downtown Baileys Harbor. Very clean with comfortable beds. Check in was easy with clear directions. The WiFi and cell phone reception was not good, as was the case in most of Door County. However, we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, clean,! comfortable in great location

Beautiful property, very clean and spacious. We didn’t even use the lower level as the upstairs offered plenty of space. Matt was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay again.

Nicely renovated house, walkable to multiple restaurants/breweries

Overall we had a great stay at this property. A lot of the renovations seemed brand new, and it was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. It rained for most of our stay, so we didn't get to use the outdoor space much, but the yard is very large, nice deck and patio, nice furniture (some covered), clean grill, fire pit was stocked with wood, etc. The basement was a spacious place to hang out, with a good amount of open floor space (we set up a yard game in that section). Check in/out process was smooth and easy, and communication was great. Very walkable to the center of town -- a minute to Sway Brewing (coffee/bakery), a couple minutes to a cool playground, a few minutes to places like Door County Brewing and Inland, etc. (all with sidewalks for ALMOST the entire way). Only real criticisms I have: the backyard fence wraps all the way around the yard but there are big gaps between the end of the fence and the house, so if your kids tend to roam, you'll need to watch out (not a problem for us, but we were surprised to see that). And I'd say the house comfortably sleeps 6 -- 8 is doable, but depending on the situation, it might be a stretch (sleeping area #4 / the pull-out couch was in the basement, but both bathrooms upstairs -- again not an issue for us, but notable in some situations).

We had a great girls trip to Door County. This house is beautiful and clean. So easy to walk to main places in Bailey’s Harbor. Right next to an eating place. Kitchen was huge. We enjoyed drinking coffee at the large kitchen island. Comfortable beds. Due to rain we did not use the backyard. Great parking right in the front of house.
