Perry's Place is a beautiful, clean, upscale VRBO, and Wendy is an amazing host, quickly responding to all calls. I could not recommend this rental enough! I have already booked my third annual stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The ocean front location was perfect with awesome sunsets and peaceful walks. We especially enjoyed the lower level sitting area. The condo was perfect and included comfortable beds, plenty of seating, nice kitchen and clean bathrooms. We would love to come back!

Gorgeous view and easy beach access! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Fantastic communication from the owners. Highly recommend! We hope to come back!

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean and the location was great. It was right on the beach. We had the pleasure of meeting the host and family while we were there. What a lovely family! We hope to be back and have already recommended this condo to others!

Perry's Place is well located and very nicely decorated and appointed with everything needed to relax, enjoy the beach, and prepare meals when you do not wish to go to a restaurant. The ground level breezeway is a welcomed edition. In addition to providing ample space for covered parking, grilling, and storage, with comfortable sofa, chairs and picnic table, it is a comfortable place to sit, see the sand and surf, feel the ocean breeze, and dine outside out of the sun. Balconies on both the living level and sleeping level were appreciated. This unit and Mexico Beach in general were more than we expected. One word of caution--If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you should be aware that there are stairs from the beach to the ground level, from the ground level to the kitchen/living level and from the living level to the sleeping level.

This place was amazing! The house was so clean and beautiful. The view was absolutely stunning! I can not recommend this place enough. Wendy the host was very responsive too. Book it and enjoy.

We loved our stay here. The townhome is beautiful and immaculate. Wendy was an awesome host. We are already looking to go back sometime later in the year and we will not even try to look for another place we will only book here.

The condo is beautiful. It had everything anyone would need for their stay. Having the beach just a walk away literally in your back yard.

Wonderful sunset views and walk right onto beach. My first time here and it won’t be my last. Property was immaculate, host answered questions and was very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. Already dreaming about my next visit…
