Please Note: Balcony restoration is currently underway at the building. Construction crews work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and work includes drilling and jackhammering, which creates very loud noise that can be heard throughout the property.

At this time, crews are working on the north & west side balconies. This unit is located on the east side of the building so no work in front of this unit - balcony is open and accessible, however, construction noise may still heard inside the unit.

If you plan to spend most of your days at the beach, exploring the area, or taking day trips, the noise may have minimal impact on your stay. If you expect to spend significant time in the unit during construction hours, please be aware that the noise is and can be extremely loud.
