This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps 8 with a comfortable new King bed in the master bedroom, along with a twin trundle in the Master and a Queen and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom with balcony access from sliding doors from this bedroom. The den has a new queen sleeper sofa and a comfy reclining loveseat with the best view of the ocean. We have wireless internet access and we are located only 1/4 mile from the center of shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has new large 50" smart tv. Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Please note that your reservation will include one parking pass. If you will need a pass for a 2nd vehicle, let me know and I can add the cost of the 2nd permit to your reservation total. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and its a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the ocean! You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season.
