Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your huge private balcony with unobstructed 180 degree views at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sands unit 205. Tastefully decoratedi unit directly on the Gulf and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view! This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps 8 with a comfortable new King bed in the master bedroom, along with a twin trundle in the Master and a Queen and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom with balcony access from sliding doors from this bedroom. The den has a large sofa as well as a rocker-recliner with the best view of the ocean. We have wireless internet access and we are located only 1/4 mile from the center of shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has new large 50" smart tv. Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Please note that your reservation will include one parking pass. If you will need a pass for a 2nd vehicle, let me know and I can add the cost of the 2nd permit to your reservation total. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and its a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the ocean! You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. We are a smoke-free complex, we don’t allow smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. We do have a covered designated smoking area downstairs. We welcome SNOWBIRDS! Keywords: Condominium

Our stay at Southern Sands was exactly what we expected. Sheryl was very responsive. The view was beautiful. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants and The Hangout. We will definitely book this one again.

Amazing!
This condo is a gem. The location is perfect and has a view from the huge balcony that cannot be beat. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Family Vacation
1st time in Gulf Shores loved it. Loved the condo, the view listening to the ocean at night while laying in bed.

Great location and views
We really loved our stay here- it is right on the beach and we could park really close to the stairs. It does have an elevator also. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we hardly ever needed to drive anywhere. Hope to be back soon

We loved the condo! Perfect location and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very friendly and gave the information timely for a seamless entry and exit.

What a gem!
Perfect location and stay - host was responsive and kind. Loved it and cant wait to return! Cant get closer to beach than this!

Great Location
The overall experience was great. The Vrbo itself was very nice a cutely decorated. Great ceiling to floor view from the living room and bedroom. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be staying here again.
