Guest suite has been fully renovated in 2022 & includes great amenities such as an indoor fireplace, updated shower, laundry unit & upgraded appliances. Home has plenty of space to enjoy including an oversized island with seating for four & spacious patio. Munds Park is a perfect retreat to get away, located only 20 minutes South of Flagstaff & within a short drive of Sedona & Snowbowl.

Quiet getaway

We were very impressed with the property. It was clean, updated and well maintained. The fireplace was not working when we arrived which was a bit disappointing since one of the main reasons I booked this place was for the fireplace. However, they did send someone out to fix it within 1 day. Overall, we loved the quiet escape that was close to Sedona.

Cute little spot

We loved this little suite! Modern upgrades, and so cozy! Easy communication with the hosts when needed. I also love that they allowed pets because we did bring our dog. Munds Park is a nice little area with great hiking trails. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations in the Sedona Area.

This is a beautiful property on a quiet street in Munds Park. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

First Time in Arizona

We are first time visitors to Arizona. Our stay was very pleasant. Property is exactly as described and as pictured. There is quite a set of stairs to get to the unit, someone with limitations should consider this when booking. Carrying luggage up was a challenge for 2 older people with knee issues. The drive to Sedona was gorgeous! We took both routes to experience the beauty. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly!

Winter wonderland!

Munds Park was an unexpected delight! There was snow on the ground and we Texans couldn’t get enough of that. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. We enjoyed walking around and looking at all of the homes, parks, and lake. The guest rental was very comfortable and inviting. We visited Flagstaff and Sedona which are both in close proximity. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A Peaceful Getaway

Such a great location away from the busy setting of Sedona. Everything is as pictured! Our hosts were extremely helpful and we enjoyed every moment in this location.

Beautiful area

Very beautiful location and property to get away from everything and everyone. The place was cute for a one-bedroom apartment with a rustic-romantic feel; very clean and spacious and wonderful patio to look at the stars. My only downside, and it's my fault, I didn't see that there wasn't a TV in the master bedroom and my husband can't sleep without one - so we ended up sleeping in the family room on the pull-out. The pullout wasn't as nice as the mattress on the master, but it was nicer than some of the ones I've stayed on. (Again, this was my error as I didn't see the picture of the master bedroom.)

Adorable little space

Loved staying here! I came with my husband, two children (1 and 2), and two dogs. It was a very clean space and not a lot my children could get into, so I could relax a bit knowing they wouldn’t get hurt. The listing had said there was a fenced in yard, but there was not which is my only complaint. The dogs were able to do their dog business in the front yard area with supervision however. All in all would recommend and would stay again!

Updated and adorable. I spent many hours on the porch surrounded by pine trees just reading and relaxing. My husband enjoyed having his morning coffee stretched across the window seat in the living room.

Arizona Vacation

This property was spectacular. The owner literally thought of everything to make this place our home away from home. The bed was so comfortable and the shower with the oversized shower head was amazing after a long day of hiking. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus and the kitchen was absolutely perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning before we stayed our day. Luis recommended a few must sees beforehand so we took advantage of everything beautiful Munds Park/Sedona had to offer. We hiked Airport Loop Trail, visited the Chapel of the Holy Cross, drove 2-1/2 hours to Page, Arizona to Horseshoe Bend and did the Lower Antelope Canyon tour which was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this rental to anyone that enjoys the peace and tranquility of the desert pines.

The hosts were great and the property was beautiful. Every detail was considered when they designed the property. The location is conveniently located between Sedona and Flagstaff. I would love to return.

This is a nice updated 1 bedroom guest studio. Very modern and cozy. Basic kitchen necessities (bring your Keurig coffee pods). Nice bathroom but hot water doesn't last so fast showers. Gas fireplace is a nice touch. Wifi can be improved with a wifi extender. The mattress and pillows are comfortable but the frame is extremely noisy so beware if you're a light sleeper. Overall we recommend this place. It needs some basic tweaks to make it even more amazing.

Overall great experience!

The property was cute and cozy. We enjoyed the electric fireplace and the natural sunlight in the mornings from all the big windows! Neighborhood felt safe and the owners were helpful when we had questions. Being that this is dog friendly property, there were noticeable hairs in various areas but I guess that should be expected. Not a biggie just a heads up. The shower was nicely renovated but the hot water didn’t last long enough. Short showers it is then! Don’t be fooled by the loud dryer, that sucker works like a beast. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Take it from someone who’s Mother owns many b&bs in Texas. 5/5

Wonderful family vacation spot!

The apartment was wonderful! My husband and our 6 & 8 year old stayed for a week and it was awesome. Very beautiful, clean, well stocked with supplies, appliances, utensils, etc. Close to Flagstaff, Sedona’s a nice scenic drive. One of the owners, Jake, was very kind and hospitable as we crossed paths going in and out a couple times. The kids loved the futon couch, my husband loved the Kurig and cookware provided, and I loved the nice reading nook in front of the living room window—I think we all loved the awesome shower and that laundry is available! Highly recommend and we will definitely rent again when we come back to the area.
