This completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath condo has breathtaking views! The Best in Panama City Beach!

This condo has new tile flooring, new furniture, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an updated master bath!

1709 Celadon is on the west end of the building with an unobstructed view down the beach.

Decor is done with blues, greens and gray with brushed nickle accents.

All bedrooms have king beds and all have their own baths and flat screen televisions.

The master bedroom features a one of a kind updated wall to wall shower. This shower has a bench seat on one end two shower heads, updated lighting, new granite counter tops and double vanity.

All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. This kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to prepare as many or few meals you care to prepare while you are on vacation.

The laundry room has full size washer and dryer!

High end bedding has been provided for your comfort.

In the living room, enjoy 65 inch flat screen television!

There is a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress.

This condo includes Free Beach Chair Service! You will get two padded beach chairs and one umbrella everyday you are here... at NO additional charge!
(Seasonal Beach Service is offered from March 1st through October 31st.)

Great unit

We absolutely loved oir stay here. The only thing we didnt like was it was on the opposite side of the main strip which made us drive everywhere instead of walking. But even with that i would give this place a perfect score. We plan to book again.

Great time in paradise

This property was everything the owner said it would be....beautifully kept....delightful views...clean and centrally located...yet a bit laid back....there were five of us and the condo easily accommodated all of us and without feeling cramped....every sunset was perfect from the wrap around balcony...very quiet and we could easily hear the ocean in the evenings as the sun set....can't think of a thing we would change...the owner's communications were excellent and timely...we'll certainly return....

More beautiful than the pictures!

The condo was perfectly positioned for breathtaking views! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the sunsets! The decor was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. I communicated with the property manager a couple of times and she was very sweet and responsive! We love the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Our favorite was frequenting Thomas Donut & Snack Shop and the Carousel Grocery which are both a short walk from the condo. The beach was a little crowded, but that’s to be expected in the busy season. Overall it was an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

Great property except…

For the parking which was across the street and very tight spaces. It was difficult to get in and out of the spaces if you had a larger vehicle.

Summer Vacation

The condo was perfect, very clean and the views were breathtaking. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had plenty of towels and wash rags. The beach was full but not overcrowded like other condos further down on the strip. We had teenagers and I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t see them at the pool when in the condo (the pool isn’t visible from the balcony). Gas grills would be a great investment for the facility. Parking was a breeze and the elevators worked just fine.

Great condo for small group.

Overall we really enjoyed our week at this condo. The beach was really crowded, something we weren’t used to, but it turned out fine. The condo was small for 3 bedrooms but it was perfect for 6 adults. It was clean, the air worked and the washer and dryer are full size. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very very comfortable. We would consider staying again in the future.

Beach Condo Extravaganza

Very clean well kept condo. This is a very nice condo in a good location. We were there at Christmas when the temperature was below freezing so did not get to enjoy a swim. But a very wonderful view of the gulf and the beach. Great place to eat nearby and we bought fresh crab legs and cooked them ourselves wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. So wonderful to walk the beach when there is now crowds.

Spacious, updated, clean and well appointed!

This was our second time staying on the Celadon property, but our fist time in this unit. The condo features a large wraparound balcony, stunning views, and is updated throughout. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it very comfortable for everyone, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. Alesia was so easy to work with, always responded in a timely manner, and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Perfect VACA

This three bedroom, three bath condo was perfect for (3) couples. The condo was spacious and met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The views from the balcony were incredible. We would stay here again.

Incredible vacation!

Our trip could not have been better! The condo had everything we needed and more. The beds and bedding were so nice and comfortable. We each had our own bathroom with plenty of towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, the granite countertops were an added plus. The location was perfect and we had no problems with parking, elevators or the unit. Plenty of seating for all six of us at table and outside on the balcony. We plan to come back with family!

Family Vacation 2022

My family and I stayed in this beautiful remodeled 3 bedroom condo the last full week of June. I cannot say enough about this unit. It had every accommodation you could imagine plus more, all the while making us feel like we were in someone’s home. The decor in the condo is top notch as well. The view from the wrap around balcony is nothing short of breath taking each time we walked out to enjoy it. It is on the 17th floor but we never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator even though it was a very busy time in PCB. I highly recommend this unit and the Celadon as a whole and would stay in this place every time if it was available.

Great Vacation

Condo is exactly as described! Beautiful design, great space, had everything you could need! Check-in was simple and easy. Communication with owner was simple and easy. Location and view were great! Only downfall was the elevator system. 1 day only one elevator worked and a few days only 2 worked. They were working on improving and updating them and seemed to get things addressed in a reasonable amount of time. The pool attached to the condo was nice. Beach chairs that come with the condo were great. You couldn’t ask for a better condo! Our children had their own room and bathroom so no sharing needed. The master bathroom is fantastic. It is busy at checkin time some come prepared with patience. It will be worth it! Highly recommend!

Out stay with VRBO property was EXCELLENT! From booking to the seamless check out! The Condo was beautiful and the property very well kept. This condo was great for our family of 5 adults and 2 boys - 4 years old. We experienced alot of rain and storms in the week so we had to stay indoors more than usual and there was plenty of space in the living room for the kids to play. The master shower was great and the master bed was the best I haver ever slept! Kitchen was well stocked also. Great stay despite the weather. The only thing I would recommend is a child safety latch on the front door.

Thanksgiving week
