The cabin is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our brief stay. The floors were swept but very dirty. Once we wiped that down all was well. The midges are obnoxious so we'll add bug spray to our list next year. A neighboring cabin brought a screen to put over their door and that was really smart. Fun atmosphere, quiet campground, beautiful location. Definitely a great place to stay. Next year we'll stay longer!

Perfect Family Getaway!!

Absolutely loved our stay in this cabin! Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out process. We will be back!

Great cabin

My family and I loved this cute little cabin. We enjoyed a few of the amenities that the location offered. I like the fact that it was relatively close to Kitty Hawk. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan on staying again.

We stayed in one of the many tiny houses and it was perfect!! So much to do at the campground and everyone was super friendly. Would definitely go back!!

Nice little cottage by the sound

Nice little cottage, clean enough, quiet, friendly staff at KOA. Easy check-in. Front door had to be pulled hard to shut completely and shower head and shower curtain needed some TLC but other than that it was a nice stay.

This place was great. It was a little far to find places to eat but, we managed. The J03 (trailer) was a clean nice glamping trailer. Very clean, dog friendly, they even have a dog park. Swimming, Kayaking all free and laundry. Along with a nice store that you can get ice cream, buy a shirt, etc. I would stay here again!

The property was as described and peaceful. Only thing was the AC in thr master was loud compared to living area.

KOA cottage on Sound

Nice cottage- furnished well with cold A/C (nice given the 90+ degree weather. Location is in a KOA campground - but that provides a lot for the kids to do. The inside could have been cleaned better (lots of dead bugs that could have been wiped down) — all in all nice place with a nice patio!
