Just a short walk to the Currituck Sound! Located close to the camp store, laundry, and playground, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath deluxe inland vacation rental cottage offers air-conditioning/heat, two private bedrooms (one with a queen bed, half-closet, and three-drawer dresser, and the other with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full)), a full kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), living and dining area (with TV, dining room table, and sleeper sofa), full bathroom (with sink, vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo), as well as a furnished screened porch, patio (with chairs), charcoal grill, and fire ring.

Plus, guests enjoy the waterfront campground's free WiFi and all-inclusive amenities, including fishing piers, boat ramps, playground, volleyball, themed events, daily activities, fishing ponds, nature trails, complimentary use of kayaks, boats, pedal cart track, mini-golf, fishing rods, and more ... all at no additional cost.

Bed and bath linens are not provided. The campground offers laundry facilities. A pet fee of $10 per day per pet will be applied to all reservations with pets.

We enjoyed our brief stay (3 night) and would return. The campground is lovely, with lots of amenities that we were able to to utilize. The only thing missing was coffee filters for the coffee pot. We made due, purchased some at the camp store for the second morning’s brew, and left some behind for the next guests.

We had a great stay in this cottage. The cottage was small but still comfortable for my family of 5. It's efficiently designed. The campground is great for families with multiple fishing spots, firepits, a playground, and activities. The only downside we experienced was the HVAC unit in our cottage stopped working on our final morning. Overall I'd definitely recommend this location.

Awesome place to stay

Loved the location and ameneties! Kids had fun, swimming was great, close location to white sandy beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little cabin

This little cabin was tight but perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the inclusive activities and the location away from all the traffic.

Great campground

We loved staying in this tiny cabin! The campground was a little far from the beach but it had so much fun stuff to do that we didn’t mind. Excited to come back and see the new pool this summer also. Wonderful staff and excellently laid out activities

Nice campground

It was a nice campground and alot to do. The fishing peirs are nice and the swimming area was a hit, the staff were all nice and very helpful.

Great stay

Excellent location, family friendly, beautiful scenery, very relaxing and peacefull. The only thing we noticed was that our kitchen wasnt outfitted for people who like to cook most of their meals. We made do, otherwose ot was a wonderfil stay!

Quiet getaway

This KOA site was amazing. Its very clean and has good amenities. You can see the water from every site and it was a peaceful retreat for our family.

Quiet, beautiful spot

It is a beautiful spot for sure. The cottage was clean and was a good size for 2-5 people. It’s a little drive to the outer part of the outer banks (Corolla, Kitty Hawk), but it was manageable. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet campground…

Took a little bit of a ride to get to civilization and the beaches of the outer banks, but lots of things for the family to do on the camp ground.

This cottage is a perfect short stay rental that is very pet friendly! Plenty of activities to do within the camp ground with a beautiful view of the water and within an hour of other activities

Convenient stay

This stay was easy to book and convenient while visiting family staying in their camper. I wish there were linens provided though. There was not even a dish drying towel.
