The house has everything! We had a few issues all was taken care quickly and all was perfect. Brian was a great host. This was our favorite place so far in OSV. We were disappointed the indoor pool was not open - wasn't last year either. We had a great time.

Wonderful Beach Stay

The house is exactly as advertised and wonderful to stay at. Everything was perfectly clean and we enjoyed the beach access with the golf cart. Definitely recommend this rental

Just perfect!

I and the kids loved the house; it was cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for me, two 20 year old boys, and two 13 year old girls (only all together for 2 nights).

The beach house was exactly as shown. Brian communicates so well. He let us know that we were able to check in early which is a rarity. It was so nice to be afforded that opportunity because we were traveling with a dog. Brian had the condo stocked fully. Linens and towels were clean. The golf cart was an added benefit and was perfect to take to the beach. The house is in a great location to the beach, pool and dog park. We would definitely stay here again just for the simple fact that Brian communicates so well with the renter. The neighbors, who are residents, were extremely nice as well.

Highly recommend this property. It has very comfortable furniture and beds. Providing the towels and sheets were a plus. Only recommendation is to add grab bars in the shower and tub. Brian was quick to respond to any questions we had

Enjoyable stay in Oceanside Village

Everything we needed was here. We did add a pitcher for our ice tea that we made (left it for future renters). We cooked here a lot and baked many desserts. We used the golf cart a few times taking a rise to the ocean or just cruising around. Nice addition to a rental. Also, it was convenient to have linens provided and washer and dryer for laundry. Complete entertainment with tv, even though we needed help to operate it (we were all seniors). Loved it so much that we want to rent it again next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We love staying in Oceanside Village, it's a great community and is always the most relaxing vacation for us. In fact, when we go to the beach this is the only place my husband wants to stay. We needed a last minute vacation and didn't think we would get to go to our favorite spot but this new rental became available at the last minute. We are so glad we found it! From the time we booked until the time we checked out the owners were fabulous. Great communication, the home was spotless, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need... Brian & Tara thought of everything! We spent every night on the screened porch enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We will definitely be back.... this will now be our new home away from home!

We enjoyed our week at Brian's home. It is a nice smaller place with nice amenities. We enjoyed the golf cart, beach chairs, and fitness center on site. Brian was a good communicator and answered quickly. It was nice to have toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels provided! My only suggestion is to consider replacing the carpet with hardwood as the carpet has seen better days.

Great location, close to the beach. Very nice, family friendly beach. Not too crowded. Golf cart, with beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas are available to use. Just a quick golf cart trip to the beach with private parking. Very nice, quiet community that is very dog friendly. A 15 to 20 minute drive to Murrels Inlet Marshwalk or Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Lots of closer resturants, put put golf and other businesses. There is a pool, park, dog park and other amenities in the gated community the home is in. Extremely happy with the decision stay here, and can't wait to visit the area again!!

Lovely pet-friendly property in Oceanside Village. Owner was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. Golf cart included was a plus along with the fabulous amenities in Oceanside Village (including oceanfront parking). Would stay here again!!

From the communication before and during our stay, we cannot be more grateful to our host. Check-in was seamless. Amenities including the golf cart were plentiful. Cleanliness is an obvious priority. Comfortable Rental
