Wonderful

From the communication before and during our stay, we cannot be more grateful to our host. Check-in was seamless. Amenities including the golf cart were plentiful. Cleanliness is an obvious priority. We felt right at-home. Thank you for a week of unforgettable memories on Surfside in Oceanside Village!

Comfortable Rental

The set-up of the place was great and had everything we needed+. Very clean and communication with the owner was great. We loved the location and the ability to take the golf cart to the beach and around the town.

Wonderful Beach Stay

The house is exactly as advertised and wonderful to stay at. Everything was perfectly clean and we enjoyed the beach access with the golf cart. Definitely recommend this rental

Skip, Hop and a Jump to the Ocean

Like the location the most. Home was well stocked. Needs a few items but everything here was adequate. Friendly neighborhood, quiet this time of year. Located in a very convenient area, within walking distance to dog park and other amenities.

Near the ocean with dogs

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at Brian’s place. It is a short drive on the included golf cart to oceanfront parking and the beach, and our three small dogs felt right at home.

Perfect for a beach getaway

House is placed perfectly on the property on a quiet street with super easy access to the pool and beach. Golf cart is a huge bonus, unlike many in the neighborhood, this one is licensed so you can use it to go to the beach and to the circle K or any other quick errand. House is comfortable and felt like home. Would strongly recommend!!

1719 East Lake Drive

Our stay at this home was excellent. The house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The golf cart and beach chairs were used all week and the community is great. Gated community with private beach access makes going to the beach super easy. The owner is very attentive and was always quick to reply to our questions. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others.

Just perfect!

I and the kids loved the house; it was cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for me, two 20 year old boys, and two 13 year old girls (only all together for 2 nights).

Oceanside vacation

The location of the house and checkin/out process was easy as could be. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Golf cart was easy to use and convenient. Would highly recommend and we plan on renting again from this listing!!

Garden City Get-a-way

This cozy cottage is minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very well stocked with paper goods, kitchen items, etc. a golf cart was provided as well as beach chairs & umbrella. Nice quiet community. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

Thank you Brian for the use of your beautiful house! This was the best place to stay for a family. Lots of beach toys for the kids, nice beach chairs available, along with a golf cart. Great comunication with Brian who was super quick to reply on questions and kept us informed the whole trip. Super clean house with linens/towels provided. Will definitely be back next year!

You can't ask for anything more!

There was everything I needed for a 5 day stay. The beds are heavenly and the kitchen is completely stocked. The place is immaculate. The only item missing was a #2 pencil . I am looking forward to returning.

Garden City Beach Vacation 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Garden City Beach over the week of July 4th. It was a perfect set up with all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable and slept better than I have in a while. This vacation was especially memorable because my son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach. We will definitely return for a vacation in the future! Thanks Brian for making sure everything was perfect for our stay!
