Our family of four loved our stay here. The location is great, close to town, across the street from the beach, and plenty of room! The house is stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and it made us feel right at home. No issues at all!

We had a phenomenal stay at this beautiful Cape house! It was exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location. When we first arrived, there was a small issue with the scheduled cleaning due prior to our arrival, but we contacted the host and they responded immediately. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.From that point on, everything was perfect. The house was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Newly Renovated And Beautiful

We had a wonderful July stay here with our small children. The place was very clean and recently renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The ocean was just across the street and it was a five minute drive or bus ride to the shops and restaurants in P-Town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was extremely comfortable with mini splits for AC, separate bathrooms and lots of space indoors and out. Apparently access to the garage is also included however we didn't know that until we read the second page of instructions on the refrigerator. The only thing missing for me was room darkening shades. Instructions to get in weren't provided within the 3 days before check in. At 2 days I messaged the host and he gave me the code and said front door. Locking and unlocking is a little tricky and the instructions are on the refrigerator! It would have been better to have those instructions before arriving, but we figured it out. The bed in the master bedroom is very high! I'm 5'6 and I didn't mind that but a shorter person may have had trouble. The electronics on the toilet were a bit much (the toilet seat would lift every time I walked by the door or into the bathroom) I just unplugged it. ;-)The shuttle into Provincetown will stop right in front of the property if you wave your arms at it. All-in-all, I highly recommend this VRBO if it's affordable for you.

Comfortable and conveniently located coastal property with everything you need to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. Some of the things we loved: mere steps to a very private section of the beach, outside shower, off street parking, beautiful water views and a very private-feeling back yard for entertaining. Just a short Uber and you are downtown where the action is. We had a wonderful time at this property and will definitely be back.

Just perfect!

Loved every minute of our stay. The home had everything we needed, they didn’t miss a thing. Clean & uncluttered. Location was fantastic, biking distance to PTown. The bay beach is a short walk across the street. Quality bed linens and cozy beds made for great sleeping. AC is quiet and efficient, when needed. Front view deck and large cozy back patio are perfect. We hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house and backyard were beautiful, and it was very convenient to get to the main area of Provincetown and back on the shuttle. Would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!
