The home was exactly as described and provided a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, breweries, restaurants, and entertainment options. Our pets especially enjoyed the fenced yard, which was a wonderful bonus. One thing to note is that parking is on the side of the house. During our stay, neighbors occasionally parked in front of the property rather than using their own driveway, which sometimes made loading and unloading a bit less convenient. Overall, however, the location and amenities made for an enjoyable experience.

The house was located in a nice neighborhood that was pet friendly with easily walkable streets. It was close to many nice local places including nearby parks. The house was clean and supplies were satisfactory. The yard was nice and the dogs enjoyed the ability to freely roam the backyard. The house had a nice layout with one large suite upstairs and two rooms downstairs with plenty of space to gather. One item that would have been a nice add was places to hang towels and clothes in the bathrooms.

Oasis near the city!

We had the best stay!! The neighborhood was very nice and family friendly. The house was perfect for our needs. Beautifully decorated and easy to keep tidy. Property manager responded very quickly with all needs we had. The outdoor seating was so enjoyable. It was amazingly quiet for being so close to a very active part of town.

Quiet relaxing place, within walking distance to Plaza Midwood

The house has a perfect split floor plan with a beautiful master suite and bath on the second floor. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of people out walking dogs and strollers. It is less than a half mile walk to great restaurants and bars for a fun night scene.

Plaza midwood was perfect! Check in/out was very easy communication was excellent. The house was very clean and comfortable. Since it rained most of the week we enjoyed sitting out back under the covered porch. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to go for a walk. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Our children live in Noda and it was easy to get to them. Would def stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the shower. We were only made aware of the problem on the morning of your checkout, just a couple of hours before your departure. Had we known sooner, we would have been happy to send someone out immediately to resolve it during your stay. We always aim to address guest concerns promptly and hope to have the chance to host you again for a better experience.

Family reunion for the holidays with our adult sons. Lots of great restaurants a short drive away and easy access to everything. Abundance of empty space in the kitchen cabinets to store your groceries as well, but bring a couple of good knives if you plan to cook. Split bedroom plan with two down and primary up helped allowed for quarantine when one of us got the flu. Use of the driveway unfortunately not allowed, and would make this property much better. While there is room on the street to park, much of it around the house is forbidden for parking due to the corner lot and posted signs to prevent parking within about 10' of the corner, so one spot in front and one on the side. Unfortunately, the neighbor across the street was a bit territorial about the spot in the front, even knocking on the door to ask us to leave it for them. Not having the driveway available for dedicated parking makes it unlikely that we will return, as wonderful as the property and management was. We will absolutely go back to a MyTripify managed property, however.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen and nearby restaurants. We appreciate your understanding regarding parking; as noted in our listing, the driveway isn’t available for guest use. Aside from that, we’re happy to hear you had a positive experience and would stay with a MyTripify property again.

Plaza Midwood convenience

"Outdoor Oasis" is a great rental property in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was super clean and had many nice extra touches: power strips in each bedroom, shampoo/soap/toothbrush kits in each bathroom, a large back deck with table and chairs, and a seperate beverage refrigerator tucked away in an open nook at the end of the kitchen. The cupboards and drawers were all labeled which is helpful. Each bedroom had plenty of storage available - one bedroom had an entire wall of "cubbies" where you could see all your stacks of unpacked clothes. It was nice to get everything out of your suitcases (which had their own storage space under the staircase), making the rooms less cluttered. The location is great, easy access to anywhere in town. The street is very quiet - very little traffic. The only inconvenience was the 5 PM check-in time. (Earlier is possible for an additional 100.)

This was my first experience choosing to do a home rental vs. a hotel and my experience was wonderful. The home was immaculate, the hardwood floors are beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the home decor very charming with a lot of character. The host covered every detail, which made the experience very welcoming. Definitely a 5-Star experience.
