Our newly, remodeled home sits right on the Arkansas River, and is a short drive to the Little Rock airport (3 miles) and downtown (7 miles). The den boasts a fireplace, Lending Library, and some of the best early morning sunrises over the river. This space is perfect for corporate travelers or an adult getaway. With attention to detail, this house is sure to feel like your "home away from home".

It was a very pleasant stay, good amenities, great backyard views and space, and a good communicative host. Would definitely come back again.One of my friends said it was one of the comfiest beds he's slept in.

We feel lucky that we found this listing to stay around Little Rock. It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, with great bed/linens and had such a great setup. Really great location right off Highway and on the waterfront. Custom artisan furniture was really cool also.Thank you for such a great experience

The home was in a quiet neighborhood backing up to the Arkansas River. It made for a nice view with early morning coffee. The home had been upgraded inside and was neat and well-furnished. We were only there two nights to attend a concert in town, but it was perfect for our group. The third bedroom was actually two twins with one sliding out, but it was comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. The kitchen had everything you needed. We will be returning to this property the next time we need to stay in Little Rock.

We had a wonderful stay! This house was amazing, it is small, but it feels large! We had a family of 6 and everyone had space. The sun room is a beautiful place to set and relax, it’s very peaceful here. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The home was clean and cool when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio as well as walking down to the river. The host was super sweet, and was sure to respond within reasonable time even with just basic questions making sure I did everything with check out, which wasn’t much to be honest!! Will definitely keep it for future stays in Little Rock!!

I was in the Little Rock area attending my sisters funeral in Carlisle. The location was excellent because it is close to the airport and in east Little Rock right off of 440 . It was an easy quick trip to Carlisle. The house was immaculate and decorated tastefully. It was a lovely, calming space during a difficult time in my life. I loved looking at the view of the river and bridge. Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds were especially comfortable.I hope to stay here again.
