We love the location and how clean and spacious the property is. The host is super responsive and helpful. It was a short but very pleasant stay for our large family. We will have to go back for sure!

We enjoyed our visit with tons of space for our large group of 10 to eat and spend time together but also had separate relaxing spaces and comfortable sleeping. Location was amazing with easy walking to stores and restaurants and the private beach access, pools, and pickleball courts onsite exceeded every need.

Overall, the place was fantastic! Close proximity to the beach and several shops and restaurants. We barely had to use our car while visiting!

Location was great- easy access to beach and restaurants. Unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked! Host always responded quickly to messages. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was excellent! Location, cleanliness, space, stocked closet and kitchen, ease to pools and beach. Would definitely choose again for group travel!

Property location is great, place was clean, beds are very firm but comfortable. Beach access is good but you have to get there early to get a spot on the public beach. Pool areas were nice. We rented a golf cart and kept it parked at the condo which was very convenient. Lots of good restaurants within walking or golf cart ride distance. We will rent this place again.

This is a great place to stay. The property is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen and so much space. Gulf place is so much fun! Scott is so easy to talk to and communicate with. If possible, my family will be back!

A very large space and Scott was very responsive and accommodating. The location is ideal- close to shops, the pools and a very short walk to access the private beach. Would definitely recommend for families!

Great Location

We love this area of 30A! Less crowded than other beaches and lots of restaurants. Easy walk to beach.

Great Stay!

Townhouse was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Scott was very quick to answer all of our questions.

This home surpassed all expectations! By far one of the cleanest and most stocked homes we have visited. Our mom group chose this home for our kids for spring break and never had to leave the property. Private beach access with the home providing chair and even a beach wagon. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance, I can’t say better things about this home. Can’t wait for a return trip! Thanks for a memorable trip!

Wonder place and wonderful location!

We enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was very clean and it was a great fit for our large family. The beach was very close and the pool was great as well. I highly recommend staying here. The only downside was the beds were a bit hard but overall everything was amazing!

Great townhouse

We had a great girls’ trip. Town house was clean and spacious. Owner was easily reached throughout our stay. Loved it!

Great location

The property was spacious, clean, and was only a 3 minute walk to be on the beach. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great accommodations!

This was a great place for our large family! Everything you need is available, plus extra pillows, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, and toys. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, coffee cups and dishes, and anything else you may need, plus a few extras. It is a great location…plenty of restaurants, choice of three pools, close to the beach. Great vacation experience!

Great Vacation

Our vacation was amazing! We loved staying at your property, it was clean and beautiful, just what we needed for a week at the beach! Scott was very accommodating and helpful. Great week at SRB

Unit was perfect! My first stay in Santa Rosa Beach was awesome. Property, unit, grounds, location and host were all superb! Very clean, very comfortable condo in a great location only a few short steps to beach and several great shops, restaurants and market. Would highly recommend this property to others and look forward to being able to return.

Santa Rosa Beach

The house was great just as describes. The pools were nice. It was a very short walk to the beach. The had lots of items to use at the beach. Scott was amazing and responded to everything we asked very quickly. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful rental

This property was beautiful. Very clean and Scott was an amazing host/property manager. He was very welcoming and answered promptly. Will definitely return. My family gave it 10 Stars!

Great place

We had a great time at this place. Our group consisted of 8 people, and the house was perfectly equipped for everyone. It has large and comfortable spaces, plenty of things you can use at the beach, and both the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We also had very good communication with the host, who was always kind. I highly recommend it.
