This house was wonderful. The large hot tub, great backyard and pizza oven, and pingpong table were awesome options to enjoy. The easily walkable neighborhood beach with floaties, kayak, canoe, and sun shade really made this the ideal stay.

Quiet retreat

We loved the quiet and natural beauty of the area and the proximity to Armstrong Redwoods. Our host provided everything we needed and communicated very well.

Plenty of space for 8 people. Outdoor sitting area with pizza oven was a great way to get everyone together and out of the house. Game room was a big hit with kids.

Very nice and clean. Amenities were more than expected! And plenty of room for the 7 of us. Loved the beach and all the equipment we were able to use. Will definitely come again.

My 60th Birthday weekend

What a beautiful home, it has everything thing you need for a fun family trip to the river area, we enjoyed the hot tub , the game room, ,& the BBQ area , and lived the neighborhood private Beach

Perfect family getaway

This property is amazing and absolutely perfect for spending quality time together! We had an awesome trip and made so many great memories!The house is packed with things to do—our family especially loved the game room, which was a big hit! The outdoor lounge was ideal for peaceful family dinners, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night.It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach, which was great! We had a great time hanging out on the river.The host was fantastic—communication was clear and timely, and was readily available and responsive if we had questions.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-equipped getaway!

Truly a special place to stay on the Russian River. Check in was a breeze. Diligently clean when we arrived. Incredible amenities! Steve was a great, communicative host. The beach access was only a short 5 minute walk. The primary bedroom and other beds were comfy. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for the hot months. Split A/C units made the upstairs nice and cool. Big comfy couch for groups to enjoy movies together. I imagine this place is great for kids, too, because the downstairs has a movie room and another separate area with pool and ping pong. Our dogs enjoyed frolicking in the fenced backyard. So many fun things to do that we didn’t even get to all of them during our stay! Definitely want to rent again already! Thank you, Steve! :)

The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space if needed. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of games, pool and pingpong tables, darts, TV and projection screen for family members to watch F1 races. Appliances were quality and the neighborhood quiet. We didn't get to check out the outdoor floats, boats, etc so I can't speak to those but they were more than adequate size. The owner reached out and answered all of my questions in a very reasonable time. We definitely recommend this property.
