House was in a great location near town but also feeling secluded. The house was modern and kitchen was well appointed. Having kayaks were really nice to cruise around the river. We would definitely stay here again.

One of our absolute favorite VRBO rentals. The house is beautiful and so well appointed. Everything you would possibly need to cook and enjoy a meal on the outside decks overlooking the Russian River is available. Kayaks, floaters, are free and it is just a hop, skip, and a jump to the private pier on the property. The bathroom showers and the hot tub overlooking the river provide a spa like experience. Our large family always enjoys are experience and are grateful for Charlie’s great communication and ease of entrance to the property. We look forward to our next visit next summer.

Beautiful home in the majestic redwoods on the river. Sweeping views from two elevated decks. Kayaks and private dock for easy access to fun and adventure. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy meals, relaxation, and games with our family. Host Charlie was responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time!

Didn’t use hot tub. Access to river was very convenient. Home was bigger than we expected. Kitchen was well stocked and maintained. Nothing was broken. Beds were comfy. Lots of doors and windows and decks. It would be a great house for a large group like 4 couples or a family of 6 or 8 people.

Loved our stay! Beautiful house on the river, swam every day. Decks and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Clean, comfortable, living space and bedrooms. Loved how well the kitchen was set up, even had sharp knives!

Everything was great and all the guests enjoyed the house. It's a great location, peaceful and serene. Only a few minutes to town and a short drive to the coast.

Fantastic location just outside Guerneville. Roomy, clean, well-appointed with everything you'll need to cook, hang out, and have fun on the river. We had no issues at the house, and Charlie was an excellent host. An excellent value for what you get--would definitely stay there again.

Not as “high-end” as described. However, comfortable and nice enough. Realized that VRBO’s are not for us. Too many rules- bring in cushions everyday, do all dishes, do laundry, etc.

The Riverfront cabin is very modern clean and right on the river. The accomodations were perfect even for my 5 month old granddaughter. It hade everything you could need for a great stay and was close to all the attractions we wanted to see.
