We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Lauren was a fantastic host—communication was excellent, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Seaside Studio was perfect for our stay. Place was very clean. You can tell attention to detail by Lauren is very evident. I would definitely stay there again. Access to property very easy and has its own parking area.

Don't hesitate to book this lovely spot. Clean, well-appointed with great bedding, bed, bathroom, etc. All completely devoid of any skeeviness you can sometimes get when using these home share apps. Host Lauren is extremely pleasant and responsive. Parking is steps from the door. And Edmonds is a gem of a community. THANK YOU!

Great host and clean studio. It was perfect for two people to have a quick getaway. It was pretty much a 15 min walk to any place in Edmonds. Downtown gets really busy, so it was nice to be in a quiet beautiful neighborhood.

Our stay at this lovely property exceeded our expectations. It is nestled in a pretty and quiet neighborhood and we walked to the beach and to town every day. If you don’t want to walk there is free 3 hour parking everywhere in town. The host was terrific, checking with us every day to make sure we had what we needed. The space was clean and comfortable. A wonderful experience!

A wonderful clean property with everything needed to cook meals. It’s an excellent home base near groceries, restaurants (so many restaurants) and downtown Edmonds and the ferry. The host is super responsive a real hospitality pro! The bed and linens are super comfy.

Perfect size and location for my needs. Quiet location but close to town and nice walk to the beach. A few hills but not bad. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The studio was so roomy and outfitted with everything we needed for a weekend visit in Edmonds. We kept busy with friends and events at Edmonds Marina that we didn't have time to take advantage of the beautiful garden deck with a view of the sound! Easy to walk to town with all the great restaurants. One of our best Vrbo experiences ever!

Great location with great views!!
This space was perfect for two people. The bed was super comfortable! Parking is right outside the door. Short walk to town and to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome amenities. Most places don't offer a good variety of teas, so that was nice to see. Providing tote bags and umbrellas was also a thoughtful gesture.

This was the cutest, cleanest, most comfortable place to stay! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The kitchen was so well equipped that I was actually able to prepare meals there easily. The host was very attentive and friendly. It’s close to everything and I plan on returning when I need to spend time in Edmonds again.

Perfect Place
We use this unit for visiting family/friends and it’s just great. For visitors to Edmonds, the location is an easy walk or drive to downtown Edmonds and all of the restaurants, shopping and entertainment there. Unit is clean, nicely decorated, is safe and the bed is super!

My name is Lauren, I am a professional vacation home property manager. My family and I welcome you to our own Seaside Studio! We are life-long Seattlelites who bought the 1944 Craftsman-style home in 2015. History lovers, it was important to us to keep as much of the history of the house as we could. We undertook a remodel and addition over a year long that would ensure keeping the main house. We removed the old garage; we then added the new garage and second floor.
It was always the plan to have half of the upstairs be for the Studio, so it was designed and built with that in mind from the very beginning! We painstakingly chose every item with purpose.
We love travel! Chelan (WA), Palm Springs & San Diego (CA), Maui (HI), and Italy are some favorites. I also love helping others with their genealogy and DNA connections, and have recently rediscovered my creative side creating art.
We love Edmonds, and hope you do as well! Feel free to ask us any questions and let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your stay. Otherwise, we will leave you be.
