It was a quick trip for us. The house was clean, it was close to our destination and the backyard and hot tub were great.

Location was clean and nice. Great back yard and easy to get downtown for food/aquarium. Not the best neighborhood but overall no complaints!

Clean, Comfy, and Cute!

The property was very nice and well kept, the host communicated everything we needed to know in a timely and professional manner, and we really enjoyed our stay! I’ve seen previous reviews commenting on the area, but it didn’t bother us. Everywhere we wanted to visit was still within a short driving distance, the neighbors all seemed friendly, and the alarm system made us feel plenty safe.

This was our second stay here. The neighborhood is not great but I have no complaints about the house. It was clean and the hot tub was nice.

The neighborhood is not great. The house, though, is clean, and the hot tub is a bonus. The TV's in every room is a bonus too. For a one night stay, it worked for us

Great place

We had a great experience staying at this property. The owners even got us a Christmas tree when we asked if they had one. Super clean, well stocked, cozy, and upgraded. They were very responsive every time we had a questions.

Great house, fun stay for family & friends

The house was very clean, nice inside and backyard was great. We had everything we needed for our long weekend stay with friends. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard around the fire pit and using the hot tub. Our only negative was the location was not in a good area of town.

Great time in Chattanooga

The property had everything we needed. Loved the fun in the backyard with corn hole and hot tub. Convenient to all the attractions we wanted to see. Host is very responsive. Would absolutely recommend. The neighborhood is not Beverly Hills, but we had an excellent experience at this place.

Comfortable,Convenient,and Courteous

We came to Chatt for a weekend get away and we’re so happy with everything on our stay. The house is literally 8 minutes from everywhere and it makes it so convenient to just pick up and go! Loved our time together and the house provided an awesome vessel for some awesome memories HIGHLY recommend!!

Family Vacay

Loved this place! Perfect for our family of 5. The kiddos loved the arcade game in their room and it was really nice after our drive to have snacks ready waiting for us. The fire pit and hot tub were great for relaxing after the long days of activities. The owners were great with communicating and were accessible for any problems. We will for sure be staying again when we come back down. Thanks guys for an awesome home away from home.

Cozy Place

Booked this property to take kids to the aquarium and to get away from home for a couple days. Home was really warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Kids wanted to stay longer. Owner/Manager was communicative throughout the process and checked in in us to make sure we had checked in. Definitely will book again when we return to Chattanooga later this year.

Family Vacation

We had such a fun week in Chattanooga. This house was perfect for us and two children. The fenced in backyard allowed the kids to spend a lot of time outside. My oldest daughter loved the bunk bed room. The house was very clean upon arrival and was decorated so beautifully. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great pick!

This house was clean, beautiful, and perfectly decorated. More than ample room for our party of 6. I had initially been skeptical of the neighborhood, but we had no troubles at all. We were in town for a softball tournament and this location was very convenient to all softball parks. Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Exceptional communication from owners!

Super Cute!

Super cute, new looking. Very clean. Close to everything we were doing…Ruby Falls, incline rail, Lookout Mountain, Point Park, Zoo, hiking. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the backyard area-hot tub, horse shoes, bags, chairs, fire table and nice grill. Owner is super responsive at any messages and questions. Would definitely stay again!

Nice House

We found this property and were very excited about its appearance. They’d thought of everything down to a hamper in each room. We will just do a little better on our next rental with confirming it’s location and area of town. The property manager(s) were VERY attentive and helpful with local recommendations which was appreciative.

Everything as promised and then some!

We had a great stay in Chattanooga with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons for the Moon River Music Festival! Yes, the neighborhood is a little...well...let's put it this way - it may be off putting to some people, but we never felt concerned at any point after we got checked in. The house is fantastic, and the big backyard and hot tub were wonderful amenities. We would stay again without hesitation - thank you so much!

Cozy and Convenient

The house was nice and cozy. It was very clean and well stocked for our needs. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen was stocked with items we had forgotten! It saved a trip back to a grocery store. The location was far enough from downtown to avoid a lot traffic, but it was just a quick drive to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!
