This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Front condo sleeps 8. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedroom each have two full beds. The unit directly faces the beach & the Gulf of Mexico.
The Tides Beach Club is one of the most sought-after beachfront retreats on the entire Gulf Coast. It has every possible amenity including 3 Olympic swimming pools, 3 hot tub spas, quarter mile of private sugar sand beach, multimillion dollar club house w/complete exercise, massage, billiards/ game room, and breathtaking views of the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Imagine a beachfront paradise hidden from distractions where you can spend your days without interruptions, relaxing on a white sandy beach. Where peace and quiet are a way of life and luxury is always in style. Escape and leave the real world behind as you drive up to our gated community. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle and yet so close to fun and adventure. The Tampa Bay area boasts some of the world's best fishing, snorkeling, boating, national sports, night life, fine dining, arts and cultural events. Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios are less than 2 hours away. Busch Gardens is right by Tampa!

This property is not your normal condo. It is exceptional! Our Tides Beach Club will exceed your highest expectations. This is the perfect getaway! So come on and visit. You won't be disappointed! In fact, our minimum rental of 1 month will seem like "not nearly" long enough.

This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

IMPORTANT HOA NOTICE: YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE FINALIZED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Good location, Great rental Agency, Some problems

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. The condo was clean. The rental agency was easy to work with and very conscientious. The Tides is well maintained and well run. The beds were comfortable. The balcony furniture was nice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There were some problems with how the owners handle their condo. Examples: The microwave didn’t work. In place of replacing it, a small countertop microwave was added. The owners left a lot of their possessions in the closets making it challenging to hang our clothes. The third bedroom chest and closet were full therefore unusable. All in all, we adapted to the condo and had fun but there is room for improvement.

Fantastic property !

Relaxing spacious beach front property with a great balcony. The pools, hot tubs and other amenities were above expectations. Beautifully manicured landscaping A perfect spot to relax on the Gulf.

Great location and great condo

Had a few issues that should have corrected before our arrival. Owner corrected most issues but we were inconvenienced five days for handymen to correct issues. We did not receive security cards upon arrival and had to wait 1.5 days to get them. I think the realtor or owner should have supplied them upon arrival or not rented until the day we could get them. Floors did not have sound barrier and our dining chairs were heard in condo below. They thought we were moving furniture. I went to hardware store bought and applied felt pads on the chairs. Informed HOA this should be owner’s responsibility. I am sure owners would have corrected if they knew but I didn’t want another complaint or wait for the handyman again. I left the unit cleaner than I found it. Had a great time.
