Serene Lakefront Home - Dock, Private Beach & Gorgeous Views

Over 100 feet of private waterfront await you outside your door at this spacious lake house on Lake Monomonac. With all the amenities of home; gorgeous views; and everything needed to make the most of the lake including kayaks, a canoe, a large dock, and a small beach area; you’re sure to have a lovely vacation.

With 8 beds and a crib across 4 bedrooms, plus a pullout couch, this home sleeps a total of 13 (plus a baby). This house is great for families with its multiple living rooms and entertainment areas, and has many kid-friendly features as well. After a day of sunbathing and swimming, you and your family can relax on the oversized screened-in porch and take in the beautiful lake views; enjoy a family game night with a game of darts, foosball, or a board game; toast some s'mores outside at the fire pit; or simply wind down with a movie night as the house comes with free access to Disney +, Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu (in addition to DirecTV in the main family room.)

This house is also within 10 minutes from walking/biking trails, restaurants, grocery and big retail stores. You will enjoy this lake home year-round, as there are plenty of nearby hiking trails and wildlife viewing areas, several breweries, and Mount Wachusett is just a 30 minute drive away.

Beautiful location on the lake, large airy common area, well equipped kitchen. The water was clean and warm. Spent our days paddling and swimming. A great place for families with kids to spread out. House came with 4 quality kayaks (although we brought our own and a 3 person canoe (17 ft maybe?). Mornings on the lake with the mist rolling off the glassy water greeted us each morning. And the loons! What a treat. Overall a great spot!

It was a great place to relax in the morning before a busy wedding weekend. We had morning coffee on the dock, early morning dips in the lake and peaceful kayak rides. Thank you!!

Delightful stay. Perfect for our family. Spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch which overlooks the lake. In fact, we chose to eat most of our meals on the porch. We had fun on the kayaks and canoe.

New Hampshire lake house

We really enjoyed our stay. The property provided everything we needed. The view of the lake and the lake itself was beautiful. Good location to do and see several things within 2 hour drives. Great communication with owners and ease of checking in etc was well done.

4th of July Extravaganza

We stayed for over a week at this beautiful lakeside home. Great neighbors, friendly town. Kids loved it. Relaxing environment and well equipped. The lake has plenty of fish right off the dock. We had the added bonus of being here for Independence Day weekend (2025). The fireworks over the lake were amazing and this beautiful home is in the perfect spot!

happy in Paradise

There was lots of room for our group of 10 to eat and play together in the common spaces and plenty of beds for all of us. Very comfortable.

Great vacation spot!

We have family that lives on the lake and we try and come out once a year. We’ve outgrown staying with family and this is the perfect rental and location WITH A DOCK for our boat! We will be back next year. Thank you Amber & Erich.

Beautiful lake view and access to lake. Close to Franklin Pierce and not far from Keene. Plenty of space to enjoy our time together - would definitely recommend !!

The house was beautiful and the owners were responsive when being asked questions. The listing is very accurate and the info provided for check in and out is very detailed and easy to follow. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Family vacation ...

We had a great week. The house is well stocked and in a great location. The lake is beautiful! Our family, 7 adults and 2 children, had plenty of room. We swam, used the boats and played a lot of games (a cool and rainy week). My 5 yr old granddaughter was thrilled to catch her first fish right off the dock!

Lake Life in Rindge....

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 adults and one baby. The house is awesome, the kitchen is well-stocked, the screened in porch is a huge plus and the kayaks and the dock for fishing were an added bonus for our group. We would totally return, it's the perfect mix of comfort and modern conveniences coupled with a gorgeous location and waterfront for a rustic feel.

Great Family Time

Beautiful view from this home. Everything you need is there. My family loved the little private beach for the kids. Kayaking, canoe, game room and a front porch that goes on forever. Beautiful sunrise, the sound of lunes, ducks and geese. None of us really wanted to leave. So, we will visit this property again.

Perfect spot on Lake Monadnock

My group of friends tries to get together once a year to unwind by a lake. While none of us have a lake house of our own yet, Erich and Amber shared their beautiful house with us on Paradise Island. We immediately felt comfortable in the kitchen, on the dock, and in the shade of the trees in the backyard. It was easy to check-in, easy for our group to spend the long weekend, and we had no issues the whole time. The house is spacious, well laid-out and in a good location for groceries and errands. The neighbors were friendly and check out was smooth as well.We would happily return.

Fabulous Lake House

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We felt welcomed, knowledgeable about all the amenities thank you to our fabulous hosts. Their timely responses to questions werem appreciated. The kitchen and make living space was spacious and enjoyable to spend time in. The weekend turned out to be rainy and cold, but we felt like we still got to enjoy the outdoors by looking out at all the lake facing windows. This home was just perfect for our family celebration and gathering.

We had a perfect week on Lake Monomonac! The lake is pristine and large enough for all your water activities. The water was warm. The house was really nice. Lots of amenities..appliances all top quality, beds were comfortable, ac worked great so house was comfortable even in the hot weather, screened in porch was a plus. Not having to bring your own linens and towels another big plus. Upstairs and downstairs gathering places. Highly recommended!!

Lovely family vacation at a lovely lake home!

Beautiful house that felt like home! Had a great vacation here with my family. Perfect outdoor area.. I loved sunbathing on the dock and taking the kayaks out with my daughter. The inside of the house was so cozy and clean. We appreciated the convenience of some “baby proofed” areas for my grandson’s sake (gate at the top of the stairs, cabinet locks, etc.) Best screened porch with comfy seats.. loved waking up here and enjoying my coffee out on the porch overlooking the water. Wish we could’ve stayed longer… will hopefully be back next summer!

Hello! We are excited to share our lake home with you... and also would like to share a little bit about us. We live full-time in Massachusetts just outside of Boston with our two young kids (one baby and one toddler!) This lake house is our part-time vacation home and we cherish our retreats from the busy suburb life to the charming Paradise Island on Lake Monomonac. Our extended family and friends often join us, as the house offers ample sleeping area.

Our family loves to spend time outdoors here... whether it be soaking up the sun on the dock, kayaking, playing in the sand at the beach area, or enjoying a nice fire after the kids go to bed. We hope you'll love our vacation home as much as our family does!
