Summary:
Dive into our Mid century boho-inspired 2BR/2BA townhome in gated SLC townhome community. King bed, 2 queen beds, pullout couch, with mountain & city views, 2-car garage, and fully stocked kitchen, sauna (open year-round), cold plunges (closed for winter), perfect for ski trips or city escapes.
The Space:
The townhome is fully furnished and functional as if it was your own home.
BEDROOMS:
- 1 King size memory foam bed (Sleeps 2)
- 2 Queen size memory foam beds (Sleeps 2 each)
-Each bed is supplied with a fluffy & soft all season duvet along with 2 gel pillows and 2 plush pillows.
On the kitchen counter there will be a garage sensor. You will use this to enter the gated community. The garage has a clearance width of 7.7 FT and height of 7.2 FT. It is a 2-car stackable garage meaning one car park in front of the other. This is not an ideal garage for large SUVs. There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the townhome.
* Please note: One flight of stairs is required to access the townhome.
Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.
A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome, with stunning mountain and city views. Our stay was very nice. Had a family emergency and this was a perfect place to unwind from days and nights at the hospital. Steven was super gracious and responsive to suggestions and dropped everything to get our needs met. Specials rhank you Steven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to find some much-needed relaxation and peace during a stressful time with my cousin’s health. Communication with our host, Steven, was excellent. He kindly accommodated our check-in and check-out times to meet my cousin’s health needs, which we truly appreciated. This thoughtful gesture did not go unnoticed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this Vrbo to others.

We rented this townhouse for 3 nights while traveling to SLC for our daughter’s surgery. Knowing nothing about the area, we trusted the listing when looking for a safe place for our family during this stressful time. This listing is not entirely accurate in my opinion. First, the garages are located within a gated community, but what is not mentioned is that there is direct access to the townhome from the street. Only the garage area is gated. When we arrived the front door was unlocked. The area is flooded with many homeless people, directly in front of the unlocked front door which is glass and does not have any window coverings. As we watched this activity from the upstairs living room window we determined this was not a safe place to stay and checked out within an hour of arrival. Secondly, the listing mentions that it is located much closer to the hospital than where it actually is. We were required to be within 10 driving minutes to children’s primary and it is actually 19 minutes. This was a very expensive mistake on our part, as we didn’t qualify for any type of refund, and had to find safe lodging for our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry for the stress you experienced during your stay, especially while traveling for your daughter’s surgery. That is never the experience we want for our guests.
We want to clarify that during your reservation, we did not receive any communication regarding concerns with the unit or the listing details. The only message we received was approximately 60 minutes after check-in indicating that you would not be staying, but no issues or dissatisfaction were shared at that time. Had we been notified of your concerns, we would have gladly tried to assist, including exploring the option of relocating you to another listing we manage in the city that may have better suited your needs.
Regarding the location, the home is situated in a downtown area. As with most urban downtowns, there is a visible homeless population in surrounding public spaces. While this is unfortunately outside of our control, the property has exterior security cameras and is patrolled by a security company, and we have not experienced any break-ins at this location.
As for proximity to the hospital, we have since rechecked the drive time and it averages approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. We understand how important accuracy is, especially in time-sensitive situations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We genuinely regret that this stay did not meet your expectations.
