Great place for a Wintergreen Getaway

The location of this property is perfect- very close to the slopes and Wintergreen market. Beds and baths were great for a family. The house was very clean, with good WiFi and the kitchen was well-supplied with everything we needed to cook. Great place for a ski weekend!

Winter wonderland!

Everything about the listing and the location was spot on. We have stayed in numerous VRBO-units all over, and this was one of the most well-stocked homes I’ve seen. The house was very convenient to Wintergreen for fun winter activities, and the three bedrooms bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the little loft space for playing card games, and we loved the view from the main living room. The only thing I’d suggest to the owner would be a handy-man to tighten the handle on the freezer door and the toilet paper roll in The master bathroom - both of which were loose and jiggly. Super minor. This place was amazing.

Magical Family Time in the Mountains

Our pre-Thanksgiving in the mountains could not have been more perfect. This home was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed in every way. We had a one-year-old plus 3 couples and loved that we all had privacy, separate bathrooms, and a cozy family space. I highly recommend this home for your next mountain getaway!

Great Mountain Vacation

The house was perfect for us, plenty of beds and great kitchen. Convenient to ski slope yet on quiet culdesac.

Wonderful house!

We over our time at Post & Beam. The house fit our needs perfectly. Bonus - the kids loved the “secret room”!

Interesting cabin at good location

The cabin was rustic/nice looking. Views were good. Easy access to resort, hikes, and destinations. Cabin is older, and bathrooms are very basic. Average cleanness.

Lovely home and stay. The check-out at 10 am is a quick turn-around for a two night stay. Would recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Only negative was the loud neighbours and the location. Couldn't walk safely anywhere. Not in close area to Inn or convenience store, you have to drive everywhere. Loved the house would definitely stay again.

Wintergreen in Spring

Post & Beam house was very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck birdwatching. Wintergreen was beautiful and the hiking wonderful.

Cozy and Charming Property

The house was so charming, perfectly decorated with cozy sitting areas throughout. There were so many windows with beautiful views of the mountains. The wood burning stove was the highlight and kept the house nice and warm over a very cold weekend. The cathedral ceiling with the loft area made the house feel very open. Such a great house, great location, well stocked to be able to walk in and feel right at home. There was nothing we needed that wasn't at the house already. We will be going back again!!!
