Very clean and comfortable, and very conveniently located for farmers market, waterfront activities, shopping and restaurants. Wish we had brought our pickleball gear because there were pickleball courts right across the street!

Centrally located and in immaculate condition! Very nice linens and kitchen equipment. Ryan is a responsive and highly responsible host. Street noise from Hwy 31 may detract for light sleepers, but not for us! Great property.

We stayed here for the weekend at the beginning of August. Location was absolutely perfect! It was nice to just park for the weekend and walk everywhere. The check in process was smooth and simple. The unit was well stocked as well. Only thing to really bring up is you may want to add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit perhaps behind a bedroom or closet door. Otherwise, everything else was great!

What a fantastic place to stay in downtown Traverse City. The condo is gorgeous and perfectly located to enjoy the town. Accommodations are top notch!

This place was perfect. My only complaint was the very loud, very constant street/traffic noise. We live in a small town and we were not used to the constant traffic. This was through the night and especially loud in the early morning.

Overall lovely place (view was limited) but noted a few things to enhance your guests experience: Add closet organizer or hooks throughout the apartment and in each guest room and bathroom; not enough hangers in closets; no dressers or places to put your clothes; need shelves / hooks in bathroom; Should indicate no separate shampoo/conditioner as shown in photos. That 3 in 1 doesn't work for conditioner for long hair; both tub and shower were slippery when wet; install safety / guard railings or something for bath shower areas; full length mirror would be great; need room wastebaskets; Need kitchen towels to wash / wipe up; need extra paper towels; need more coffee pods / creamer; need tea pot or kettle; indicate no detergent for washing machine and/or dryer sheets; need TV instructions; Finally the floors were filthy (according to our socks); have maids use swifter to wipe floors down between visits. Otherwise great visit, apartment, location. Having Sleders out the back door was Fabulous!

The location was good, the Condo was not cleaned well. The floor was never washed bc if you walk barefoot you will have black feet! The main shower extremely slippery, when I sent a msg to the host, didn’t do anything about it! By 2nd day air conditioning stopped working. It was to warm to sleep, the host did not respond to our msg till 24 hours later, we had to cut our vacation short and leave ! Not good host !!

Girls weekend

We had a great weekend at this location! Close to downtown, with a view of the water, it was perfect for our weekend away. The place was very clean with extra bedding for the sofa bed if we needed it, check in/out very easy.
