Great place! The gold cart was a plus! We used it to go to the beach and to eat dinner at Sara Js.

The house is in a great location. Only a few minutes on the golf cart to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. We loved all the family fun activities that is supplied in the house as well. The owners are very accommodating and available to help with any questions or problems at the drop of a hat. Thank you for a great vacation!

It was Tired-looking, unclean house with way too many palmetto bugs inside. Upstairs shower had almost no pressure. Patio furniture was filthy and the golf cart was not the nice one shown in the photos—just an old rundown vehicle. Pictures are outdated and the place was misrepresented. Would not recommend.

We spent Thanksgiving here with family and it was perfect. Plenty of sleeping space, great kitchen, and beautiful house. We definitely would stay here again.

Great home and hosts! Martin and Chelsea's place truly felt like home away from home, and with the bonus of the beach! This was our first pet friendly vacation home and wow, it set the bar high!

Beautiful house, lots of room to hang out outside, a short golf cart trip to the beach, not overly crowded, close enough to everything but quiet and enjoyable.

Here's a polished review you can post:We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and well-maintained beach house! The home was exceptionally clean and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, making our vacation comfortable and stress-free.One of our favorite features was the great six- seater golf cart that comes with the house. It made the short trip to the beach quick, fun, and convenient. The outdoor sitting area was fantastic and provided the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.The owners have truly thought of everything, including a wide variety of games and activities for guests to enjoy, such as cornhole. It made spending time together even more enjoyable.The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to their guests really shows.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to return for our next beach vacation. Highly recommend this property!
