This was a perfect place to stay for a family reunion. Enough room for all of us. Steps to the beach, clean and cozy and the hosts are so thoughtful and easy to get in touch with.

We had a wonderful week at the beach house. The short walk to beach made it ideal for small kids. Beach was beautiful and sandy, being on the bay made it easy to let kids swim in the water without worrying about large waves and strong currents. We had the best time and can’t wait to return!

What a spectacular spot! Beautiful house, practically private beach, out door shower and lots of beach extras. Not one complaint. We would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning and taking walks on the beach. Would love to stay again.

Franny and Luke’s place was exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect, not too close to the public access beach and there was always plenty of room on the beach. Being 30 steps from the Ocean was luxury, and the constant waves were very relaxing. Bedrooms were large, comfy beds, and plenty of room for our two adults and four teenagers. The house was fully equipped and beach supplies were plentiful.Communication was prompt friendly and welcoming. We appreciated all things!!!True jem!

Perfect beach house experience

My family stayed here for Fourth of July and couldn’t have been happier with our selection. The house is well appointed, clean and spacious. The views are breathtaking, and the walk to the beach was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and space for a family get away of 10. The hosts, Franny & Luke were so helpful and attentive with all of our questions. Everything was cleaned and was supplied with plenty of amenities in the kitchen, coffee station and bathrooms. On the main road but tucked away and on the beach. We can't wait to go back!

We all had a wonderful stay at the Bayview Beach House. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our group (6 1 Labrador Retriever). Checking in was a breeze and Franny and Luke were super responsive to our questions.The house was great, but the location is what truly put it over the top. With spectacular views of the sunrise over the ocean and just steps to the beautiful beach, which we walked on each day. It is a short drive to Old Orchard Beach, but far enough away so you don’t hear the hustle and bustle. Also, it’s just down the road from Garside’s, our favorite ice cream stand.

Absolutely lovely!

I have only positive things to say about our stay. The house is spacious (plenty of room for us 5 adults), clean, and well appointed. The beach is beautiful…and so wide at low tide. We spent our days walking on the beach or reading on the back porch (from which you can see the beach and feel the breezes). The hosts are friendly and welcoming and respond very quickly. Groceries and a yummy bakery are very close. The area is quintessential coastal Maine…wonderful!

This house was perfect for a family get away. A galley kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals. The diningliving room is open facing the beach with a great little deck for morning coffee. The house has 4 bedrooms. Each one was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. We brought our two small dogs and we were able to have plenty of room for them to get walks in around the side of the property. The shed was loaded with everything you would need to take to the beach as well. This house is set up for families including infants. They had everything you needed!! Franny and Luke were wonderful hosts, very attentive and answered our questions right away. We definitely want to return to this property. We had a relaxing wonderful stay.

Our family had an amazing beach vacation staying at your property! The house was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for us to eat together at the large dining table. It was clean, and the short walk from the back patio to the beach made morning sunrises and walks very convenient and enjoyable.Thank you for your warm communication, clear check-in instructions, and for following up the next day to see if we needed anything during our stay.

Very clean home, well appointed and comfortable. Beautiful beach and great location. We loved exploring Saco and Scarborough and OOB. Hosts were in contact to make sure we were fine. There's a shed with plenty of beach chairs and beach equipment that you share with the other two rentals on the property but we barely saw the others. Plenty of space and firepit was fun. Would rent again.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Definitely would stay again. Great location, beds were like pillows. Close to OOB, Kittery, Biddeford Pool, groceries, Walmart, yet beach was fairly quiet. Host, Franny, was fabulous to communicate with - everything went perfectly.
