Top notch beach getaway. Perfect for a family with kids. Close access to beach and pool. Best sleep I’ve gotten on vacation! Our family had a blast. Will book here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Place was very clean and just overall great place to stay. Beach was across the street. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery store. The kids enjoyed pool. Would definitely stay here again!!

Pool was enjoyable. The access to the beach was easy and kid friendly. The house had plenty of room and even games for the kiddos.

Worst company ever! We booked three homes at Panama City Beach six months ago for a family member 74th birthday. After the hurricane came through a communicated with their representative telling us it was OK to travel. We all drove over 700 miles to get to Panama City Beach, where there is no communication via phone, text or email responses. We were not sent check instructions. The company finally said they had no power. The first night we had to rent six hotel rooms for our family members. Still no communication back from this company. Day two still no communication the end of day two we had to go ahead and rent other homes on the same block in mysteriously they have power. This is a company who could care less about their customers and if they have a place to sleep. It’s very easy to communicate and they chose not to multiple times. It’s been a week later. I still do not have a refund on these homes that we were not able to check into so still working when I get home to dispute these charges they don’t make anything easy. I highly recommend using another company.

The owners thought of everything, the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you can think of. The beds are super comfy!

The location and property are ideal. The beach is across the street (about a minute walk) and lots of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we had a few things go wrong. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We were unable to use it for the first two days. Then the AC went out, 2 days into our 8 day stay. It was one of the hottest weeks on record. They did their best to accommodate us, with portable units, but the communication was severely lacking. There was not another property, large enough, to accommodate our party. And given peak season, we were unable to find a comparable property without receiving a full refund to vacate. While Blue Swell did give us a partial refund, after our stay, they were unwilling to refund us in full, to allow us to find a different property, at the time of our visit.Overall, the property and the actual owner are amazing. Blue Swell (management company) could do some work on customer relations, communication, and contingency planning.
