There is nothing better than renting a home on Lake Hatcher. Perfect for fishing or just relaxing in the hot tub and watching the fish rise while enjoying the views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains in the distance. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, everyone is sure to have fun!

This home has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor that share a full bath with the rest of the living area downstairs. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of room for the gang to relax and watch a movie on TV, or enjoy a book. This room joins the dining area and has full height 2 story windows that showcase our local mountains. The fully stocked kitchen is just off the dining area.

Upstairs is the king master bedroom with full, private closet.

The back deck is perfect for grilling, relaxing in the shade on a hot summer afternoon. In the winter, just walk on the ice and try some ice fishing! The hot tub is located on the back deck.

Have a great round of ping pong with an added ping pong table in the garage!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

My wife started to cry when we got close to the property. It was a dream come true she said, to stay a lake house and fish from the deck. She has terminal cancer and time is not our side. I'll never forget the joy and happiness on her face. It was priceless.

Relaxing stay by the lake

Great place to stay. Relaxing and great access to the trails and road to Williams reservoir. Lots to do around here and still close to town. Loved our stay.

Wonderful cabin with great views

We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time! The check in and check out process was so easy. Communication was easy and prompt. The cabin was clean and beautiful! The view of the lake and mountains from the back patio is amazing! The hot tub was very clean and wonderful amenity I highly recommend!

Pagosa Springs Hatcher Lake

We had a very relaxing & extremely enjoyable stay. The only things we wish would change, is the check out time, 10am is too early, should change to noon and have the option to have a fishing permit included with the reservation for those who want to fish.

Quaint Lake Home

My husband and two young children stayed for a short weekend and enjoyed our time in this Vrbo. We enjoyed using our kayaking and stand up paddle-board on the lake and the kids love all the geese! I would stay here again! The company was very friendly and easy to work with!

Lovely Weekend Getaway

The property is spacious and a rustic mountain theme. Location is stunning right on Hatcher Lake, which was frozen and walkable during our stay in winter. Nice gas fireplace and the hot tub is fabulous. Plenty of room for a larger group. VIP service provides plenty of towels and was responsive to our inquiries.

Great Family get away!

We found this house at the last second and it was divine. The views are incredible. The waterfront is gorgeous and the mountain views look east, north and west. Although limited in space and no AC, even in the August heat it was never too hot. Trust me, it's a great place!

Excellent Property

This is goi g to be out go to property every time we go to Pagosa. It was beautiful, clean and the communication was superb. I’m looking footpath going back.

Great quiet spot

We stayed with our 3 and 1 year old kids. Great spot for us. Very quiet in the evenings, great views of numerous mountains (including the elusive Eolus and Windom). Close to town. We stayed in summer and stayed cool without AC.

Fishing vacation in Colorado

We had an excellent time at the house on the lake. It was very relaxing and the house was very clean and pretty inside. We really enjoyed the location and how close we were to the lake. We rented kayaks and enjoyed fishing. We were very successful at catching fish. It was a fantastic family vacation for my husband and I with our three adult kids..

Lovely cabin with some extras available. Gas fireplace stopped working halfway through and owners had someone to repair it the next morning. Other than that everything worked great and the place was excellent for our honeymoon. Listing advertised kayaks but they were not available during our stay due to registration. Little disappointing but definitely not the worst thing that could happen. Great and we'll kept place!
